Tockwith 2012 Schedule 220512 Edition.Pub TOCKWITH SHOW SCHEDULE for the 67th Show To be held at Tockwith and District Showground Cattal Moor Lane Tockwith YO26 7QH On SUNDAY 5th AUGUST 2012 OVER £5000 PRIZE MONEY AND 120 TROPHIES Admission: Adults £7.50, Children (16 and Under) Free Free Vehicle Parking (Affiliated Member of the Yorkshire Federation of Show Societies) Registered Charity 1105149 (1) Welcome to the Schedule for the 67th Tockwith Show which this year for the first time will be held on a Sunday. The Directors and Committee of Tockwith Show do hope that you will come and see the Show and, as important, enter one or more of the nearly 300 classes contained in this schedule. Without entries there cannot be a show! Staging Tockwith Show in the way we want to is a financial challenge and in the current economic climate we are having to look at any opportunity to reduce our outgoings. One area of concern is the cost of producing and posting out this schedule which comes to around £1.50 per copy. Our current mailing list of over a 1000 addressees needs updating. We also need to encourage people who enter classes to do so by downloading the schedule from our website www.tockwithshow.org.uk. We are aware that some of the people that enter do not have access to the internet. Therefore we will continue to produce the schedule in its current format but if you wish to receive it by post from next year onwards you will need to fill in the form which is inside this schedule and post it to the Show Secretary or email your name and full postal address to [email protected]. We are happy to receive requests for a posted schedule for the 2013 show now so please contact the Secretary as soon as possible. We will continue to make copies of the schedule available in shops and pubs in the area but unless you make a request for a posted schedule next year you will not receive one. We do hope you understand the reasons for requesting your address details if you require a posted schedule from 2013 onwards. We do hope you will continue to support Tockwith Show by entering classes and/or attending. The Directors and Committee Tockwith Show April 2012 Data Protection Act Completion of an entry form implies your acceptance that your name may be pub- lished in any Publication listing prize winners. If you wish your name to be excluded from results publications please contact the Show Secretary on 07702 264715 or secre- [email protected] (2) Classes Senior Steward Children’s Section Miss N Jackson, 140 Prince Rupert Drive, Tockwith, York, YO26 7PU. • Dear Sir/Madam I Wish to Register My Objection to the Proposed Development Next to the AI Service Station at Wetherby
From: To: Site Allocations Plan Subject: PNE00145_Planing next to A1 services Date: 02 November 2016 17:03:08 Dear Sir/Madam I wish to register my objection to the proposed Development next to the AI Service station at Wetherby. I like thousands of other Wetherby residents would like you to LISTEN to the people before it is too late! Wetherby is a small town where it is impossible to park, long waits for doctors appointments, over crowded roads, and you have already ignored the people of Wetherby and surrounding villages and gone ahead with 3 huge housing developments . THIS IS JUST NOT SUSTAINABLE and we are FULL!! Why are you hellbent on ruining Wetherby as a nice rural Market town ! The current infrastructure never mind the environment cannot possible absorb these huge developments ! As it stands, new road structures should be put in place to help Spofforth, North Deighton and Kirk Deighton . These villages are been used as a through run to and from Harrogate to York and although these villages are under North Yorkshire . However it is West Yorkshire planning council causing all the traffic problems. Putting in the new road from Wetherby up to and past the service station to York road has tripled the traffic through Kirk Deighton and this was never taken into account. Your new proposed plans to build a further 1449 houses will totally ruin Wetherby and its surrounding villages. I think the council needs to adopt some common sense, which has been greatly lacking when it comes to road traffic issues in the last few years ! Regards L.

  • Local Housing Allowance Rates 2020-2021
Local Housing Allowance Rates for April 2021 to March 2022 Local Housing Allowance (LHA) is a way of working out how much rent we can allow for Housing Benefit. It applies if you are a tenant and you rent your accommodation from a private landlord. Every April, the Valuation Office Agency determine a new set of LHA rates based on the number of bedrooms in a property. These rates remain in force for a period of 12 months. They set these according to different localities. For Harrogate, there is one main locality covering the majority of the District and three smaller areas to the south (Leeds), north (Richmond and Hambleton) and east (York) of the District. When you first make your claim, we will assess it based on the LHA rate that is in force at that time. Every following April, a reviewed rate will be applied to your claim. The rates for April 2021 to March 2022 are shown below. Harrogate York Leeds Richmond and Hambleton Weekly Monthly Weekly Monthly Weekly Monthly Weekly Monthly £75.00 £325.00 £75.00 £325.00 £66.16 £286.69 £75.00 £325.00 Shared accommodation 1 bedroom £120.82 £523.55 £125.42 £543.48 £120.82 £523.55 £92.05 £398.88 2 bedroom £153.04 £663.17 £149.59 £648.22 £136.93 £593.36 £115.07 £498.64 3 bedroom £182.96 £792.82 £166.85 £723.02 £161.10 £698.10 £136.93 £593.36 4 bedroom £246.25 £1067.08 £241.64 £1047.11 £207.12 £879.52 £172.60 £747.93 Leeds locality includes: Askwith, Bickerton, Clap Gate, Denton, Farnley, Kirk Deighton, Middleton, Netherby, Sicklinghall, Weston, Wetherby.
