With reference to the subject cited above that is in response of advertisementNo. AJK 509-N, PPRA Ref No.1706, dated 29-06-2020, your rates received on 14-07-2020 are being found lowest are sanctioned by the official purchase committee.

Therefore,we issue you (Akbar Enterprises) Supply Order as per details described below:

Akbar Enterprises are hereby requested to complete supply under the following terms and conditions. 1. Proceedings: Supply of the material should commence immediately after receiving this order copy. 2. Quality of Material: The material to be supplied by Akbar Enterprises must comply with the recognized state of the art and generally accepted rules of technology. They must be of excellent quality and specification as mentioned in tender documents. 3. Delivery Charges: Delivery Charges are included in figure quoted. 4. Miscellaneous Charges: No hidden charges involved. 5. Tax Deduction: All the taxes as per government rules (AJK) will be deducted from the above figure. 6. Payment Schedule: Payment will be made by cross check in favor of Akbar Enterprises after successfully delivery report submission and receipt of original Invoice. 7. Delivery Address: The supplier will have to supply the feed as per demand in Government Poultry Farms Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Rawalakot, Pallandri, Kotli, Mirpur and Bhimber. The complete delivery address can be communicated with concerned District Livestock and Poultry Development Officer. 8. Jurisdiction: The place of jurisdiction will be Muzaffarabadin the event of any dispute arising between Livestock Department and Akbar Enterprises You are therefore requested to do the necessary action immediately.
