SKY 3D DELIVERABLES SUMMARY

(1) 3D MASTER • Cut to Sky’s clock (see Production Pack for details) • Dual-stream HDCamSR 4:2:2 X 2 dual-stream synchronous record (440MB/s): Channel 1(A) Left Eye, Channel 2(B) Right Eye • NOTE: If programme is longer than 62 mins and not in parts (e.g. a movie), programme can be supplied as HDCamSR Individual Left Eye tape, Right Eye tape with synchronised identical Timecode.

(2) BLU-RAYS (format: 3D side-by-side) • X3 copies

(3) DVD – 2D • X1 copy of (1) – Left eye only with BITC

Audio Requirements (for full details see Tech Spec) • The audio levels should be related directly to the line-up level (-18dBFS) recorded at the head of the tape. • Tracks 1 & 2 program quasi-peak sound levels must not exceed line-up level by more than +8 dBu (PPM6), nor exceed -10 dBFS. • Audio tracks must be accurately matched, correctly balanced, in phase and synchronisation (+/- 20mS) to video content throughout the programme. • A Dolby Digital 5.1 channel mix should be delivered as Dolby E on Audio Tracks 3 / 4, mixed to a dialogue normalisation level of -22dB with associated metadata. • Stereo should also be mixed to Audio tracks 1/2. • Dolby E track allocation o Audio track 1 Left o Audio track 2 Right o Audio track 3 Centre o Audio track 4 Low Frequency Effect o Audio track 5 Left Surround o Audio track 6 Right surround

LINE-UP REQUIREMENTS • 09.57.00.00 - 2 minutes of bars and tone; colour bars must have 100% luminance and 100% saturation. For AUDIO LINE-UP requirements refer to Tech Spec • 09.59.00.00 30 seconds of black and silence • 09.59.30.00 27 seconds of identification clock • 09.59.57.00 3 seconds of black and silence • 10.00.00.00 Start of programme. This must be field 1 dominant throughout • The Dolby E stream must be continuous from 30” before programme start. • A minimum of 60” black and silence (including Dolby E silence where applicable) is required following the end of the programme.

TIMECODE • LTC must be recorded on the designated track at a flux level of 100nwb/m • corresponding to 0dBu (PPM 4) • Timecode must be locked to video and must be continuous throughout the • tape, including the line-up section and any breaks. • The timecode for the first frame of the programme must be 10.00.00.00. • VITC must match LTC throughout.

LATE DELIVERIES

As a matter of urgency please discuss details specific to your commission with your assigned Sky production contact. Possible requirements are as follows:

• Late delivery of a master tape will require additional master tapes as follows: HD CAM side by side. This is in addition to the HD CAM SR and can only be with prior agreement. • Should any fixes or changes be required by Sky, or the Production Company, to a late delivery, please be aware that you will also be required, at your cost, to change the working transmission masters for ALL Sky platforms as well as the original supplied master. (3D, HDCAMSR, HDCAM, SD, VOD Versions x 2 (HD & SD).

PROMO’S We may require material to create promos prior to delivery – SEE CONTRACT
