III Plan Director De Carreteras, 2010-2018, La Situación De La Red De Ca- Rreteras De Navarra Será La Siguiente
Departamento de Obras Públicas, Transportes y Comunicaciones Presentación del Plan por la Consejera La Red Foral de Carreteras de Navarra está integrada por un total de 3.921,62 kms, de los que más de 373 kms corresponden a vías de gran ca pacidad. Además de ser una red muy completa, segura y de calidad, la va loración que recibe por parte de los ciudadanos es muy positiva. Según la última encuesta CIS de 2010, las carreteras son el servicio público me jor valorado por los ciudadanos navarros. Estos datos tienen aún mayor importancia si se tiene en cuenta que la mejora de la red de carreteras ha ido acompañada de un importante au mento del tráﬁco (de entorno al 30% en los últimos 10 años) y un im portante descenso de los accidentes mortales. El III Plan Director de Carreteras de la Comunidad Foral de Navarra es el instrumento técnico y jurídico de planiﬁcación plurianual que abarca del año 2010 al 2018 y que ha sido elaborado por el Departamento de Obras Públicas, Transportes y Comunicaciones del Gobierno de Navarra. Este Plan es una herramienta de gran importancia de cara al futuro, ya que establece las directrices a desarrollar durante los próximos 8 años en materia de infraestructuras viarias con el objetivo de favorecer la co hesión territorial y optimizar el acceso de los ciudadanos a los lugares de trabajo, estudios, ocio y servicios, en las mejores condiciones posibles de igualdad de oportunidades, confort y seguridad. En el Departamento hemos sido muy conscientes del difícil momento de crisis actual en el que nace y se desarrolla este Plan Director, y hemos trabajado para que este Documento Director obtenga un aprovechamiento óptimo de la disponibilidad pre supuestaria real, al igual que se hizo con el II Plan Director de Carreteras.

On 21 December 2005, the Commission adopted the Guidelines on National Regional Aid for 2007-20131 (hereinafter “RAG”). 2. In accordance with paragraph 100 of the RAG, each Member State should notify to the Commission, following the procedure of Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, a single regional aid map covering its entire national territory which will apply for the period 2007-2013. In accordance with paragraph 101 of the RAG, the approved regional aid map is to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will be considered as an integral part of the RAG. 3. On 13 March 2006, a pre-notification meeting between the Spanish authorities and the Commission's services took place. 4. Our main research questions are: How was nesting articulated in pre-industrial societies? Which were their advantages and risks? To answer them, we analyse two historical case studies of nested regimes. In particular, the Valley of Roncal and the Sierra of Lokiz, both of them situated in Navarre, northern Spain, arranged across several levels the management and use of grazing pastures and forests already by the 14 th century. Subject: State aid N 626/2006 – Spain Regional aid map 2007-2013 Sir, 1. PROCEDURE 1. On 21 December 2005, the Commission adopted the Guidelines on National Regional Aid for 2007-20131 (hereinafter “RAG”). 2. In accordance with paragraph 100 of the RAG, each Member State should notify to the Commission, following the procedure of Article 88(3) of the EC Treaty, a single regional aid map covering its entire national territory which will apply for the period 2007-2013. In accordance with paragraph 101 of the RAG, the approved regional aid map is to be published in the Official Journal of the European Union and will be considered as an integral part of the RAG. 3. On 13 March 2006, a pre-notification meeting between the Spanish authorities and the Commission's services took place. 1 OJ C 54, 4.3.2006, p. 13. Excmo.
