Accomplishments I grew the operation from startup to holding contracts with clients including: Intel Corporation Ireland, Guinness Diageo, Bank of Ireland, Department of Health, Taoiseachs Office among others. I was sponsored by Electrolux on the University College Dublin MBA program.

Responsibilities I sourced and trained a new service team and generated contracts with catering outlets and bluechip companies.

My duties included: Routine reporting on progress between Ireland and the United Kingdom to the board of directors. Manage the client relationship and supported new business development opportunities. Maintenance and expansion of client based relationships through solution based quality work. Use structured quality methodologies for the reporting of progress. Assist with strategy development, business improvement, stakeholder involvement and change management, quality assurance, user training and equipment installation and testing.

Service Engineer Electrolux Commercial Services, Birmingham, UK and Ireland 1994 -1996

Accomplishments Received official Electrolux training in maintenance on Electrolux combination Ovens, Electrolux commercial dishwashers, Electrolux modular commercial equipment and Carrier refrigeration plants.

Responsibilities I was employed initially as Catering Equipment service engineer with responsibility to grow a new operation in Ireland. This involved providing call-out maintenance and warranty cover for a network of distributors. This was primarily a support role which involved working closely with individual sales teams. Day to day maintenance work was similar to that carried out in Mulcahy group and Breakmain Ltd.

Service Manager Fitzgerald and Holland Ltd. Dublin. 1992 -1994

Responsibilities Office based supervisory role of Catering Equipment engineering team. Management of the entire service operation including work load allocation, personnel and standards of performance and work output to satisfy customer service needs. Scheduling of service work according to priority and maintain an orderly and efficient flow of work. Communicate with customers any necessary repairs including estimating cost. Generating estimates for preventative maintenance contracts. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner. Supervise the training of service technicians and oversee the maintenance of a safe working environment. Communication any relevant issues as they arise to the human resources department. Accomplishments After returning from London I has re-employed by Mulcahy Group as senior contracts and service engineer, Overseeing major contracts such as: General Hospital, General Hospital, Cork Prison, Wheatfield Prison, Mountjoy Jail, Connolly Army Barracks, Army Camp among many others.

Responsibilities My main duty was to Project Manage new contracts through to handover. Co-ordinate onsite service providers, construction teams and end users to ensure a smooth and efficient achievement of end user objectives. Responsible for the interpretation of building and services drawings and communicating updates in a timely and accurate manner. Between contracts I carried out routine maintenance on catering and refrigeration equipment under both pre-sold contracts and warranty.

Service Engineer Breakmain London Ltd, Shepards Bush, London, United Kingdom 1987 -1988

Accomplishments I received training in maintenance on Gaggia and Astoria coffee machines along with Isa refrigeration equipment. Started training existing staff on cross equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities Maintenance of catering, refrigeration and coffee machinery in restaurants and bars within the greater London region. Communicating with on-site supervisor to ascertain perceived fault. Carrying out fault finding on electric, gas and refrigeration equipment, identifying faults and repairing after generating on-site quotation. After two years I was promoted from trainee to full engineer servicing the hospitality trade.
