Cuisinewine Cooking Wines are produced in South-West Spain at the companies own winery, Bodega San Mar- cos in Extremadura, using only DOC recognised wines. San Marcos uses modern state-of-the-art technology yet still respects tradition and has been making high quality wines for over four decades in their BRC approved vine- yards.
Cuisinewine uses a unique patented ‘ultra-filtration’ process that slowly reduces the ABV of the wine, which means that the range can be classified as a condiment and is not subject to duty or VAT. Since the lower ABV is not achieved through the traditional industrial de-alcoholisation method of boiling the wine that many other cooking wines are subject to, you lose none of the flavours or natural characteristics of the wine. Wines used in cooking require tannins to remain intact in order to tenderise meat and these can be lost in boiling; as Cui- sinewine do not boil their wines, you will not experience this problem when using them. A pinch of salt is added to confirm its condiment status, which has led to many kitchens and businesses saving money on their alcohol budget.
CuisineWine comes in wipe clean 3ltr and 5ltr boxes with a non drip tap and a convenient handle for ease of use. It has a 15 month shelf life from the date of manufacture and 6 weeks once opened.

1. TERMS OF PAYMENT
All payments are to be made within 30 days of the invoice unless otherwise specifically agreed.
2. OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
Property, legal or beneficial, in any goods supplied by Divine Importers Ltd. Shall pass to the Buyer only when Divine Importers Ltd. has received payment for all sums then owned by the Buyer to Divine Importers Ltd. Goods in respect of which property has remained with Divine importers Ltd. shall be kept separately and identifiable as those of Divine Importers Ltd. and the Buyer shall at its own expense immediately return such goods to Divine Importers Ltd. or permit Divine Importers Ltd. to enter the buyer's premises to collect such goods should Divine Importers Ltd. so request. Risk shall pass to the buyer with the possession of the goods.
3. AVAILABILITY AND RANGE OF GOODS
All goods are offered subject to availability. In the event of non-availability substitutions will only be made with the agreement of the Buyer. In the event of a vintage change the new vintage will be supplied automatically.
4. PRICING
All prices are subject to alteration without prior notice and products will be invoiced at prices ruling at date of delivery. Prices may be subject to changes in duty.
5. SHORTAGES AND DAMAGES
All goods must be examined at the time of delivery and any shortage or damage noted on our invoice/delivery note. Claims will not be considered unless reported immediately to our carrier or in writing within 3 days to Divine Importers Ltd. office.
6. GOODS RETURNED
Goods returned will be credited if the signature of our carrier is obtained on collection from the Buyer's premises.
