Bridal Suite Is provided 1 hour before and 1/2 hour after your wedding. Suites are subject to availability, and are assigned first to brides holding their wedding ceremonies at the Signature Grand and then, to those clients first reserving space.
Confirmed Space Space is available on a first come first served basis and therefore, cannot be confirmed without a signed contract and deposit. Guaranteeing Space Function space can only be held with a signed contract and a deposit.
Deposits 20% or $1,000, whichever is greater is required to hold space. Additional Deposits Typically, two additional deposits will be scheduled before your wedding
Final Details Typically are arranged not less than 30 days before your event. Final Guarantee Is due four business days before your wedding. Final Payment Is due four business days before your wedding by certified or cashier's check. No personal checks can be accepted within 10 business days of the wedding. Credit Cards shall not be accepted for final payment. Minimum Guarantee Final bills will be the greater of either the final number of adult guests guaranteed 96 hours before your wedding or the minimum number guaranteed on the contract.
Insurance: Vendors Vendors performing services at the Signature Grand must provide evidence of workman’s compensation and public liability insurance. Please have your vendors contact your Event Producer for insurance verification. Party Insurance Private Event Insurance Information is available at www.wedsafe.com and at www.firemansfund.com/products/personal/event/navents.thml. Both companies offer various levels of coverage for the costs of cancellation, additional expenses, photography, video, gifts, rented property, special attire, jewelry, personal liability and medical payments. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing this coverage.
Invitation Time We are ready to receive guests at the time specified in your contract. Maps Maps to include with invitations are available complimentary upon request.
Maitre D's Tip Upon receiving extraordinary service, you may wish to leave an additional tip for the Maitre d' & staff, an appropriate amount is from $50 up to 2%. If you do not receive extraordinary service, we want to hear about it.
Overtime Charges Information is on the face of your contract regarding availability and price.
Parking Valet parking is required on Saturday evening at a charge of $ per adult.
