Implementation Status Overview For technical reasons and those related to disbursement and contract management it was decided to implement the project in two phases: (a) Phase 1 would include (i) the execution by the Vice ministry of Tourism of consultancies that have been contracted up to the date of the supervision mission, the activities of institutional strengthening associated with international markets; and (ii) have the remaining of the components of infrastructure be executed by FPS. The work of the executing unit Public Disclosure Copy of the Vice Ministry of Tourism would be completed by December 31, 2011. This phase will also include the execution by FPS of the 52 subprojects already initiated which would be completed before May 2013. (b) Phase 2 would include (i) the execution by FPS of the consultancy for the design of the water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment plant of and Tiwanaku;

and (ii) the finalization of the works associated with these studies. Similarly the works outlined in the design studies for water supply, sewerage and wastewater treatment plant of Copacabana, San Pedro, and would be executed by FPS.
