Enhancements: In this release, we have enhanced DataTrak and MYiCLUBonline to operate in the Dominican Republic. These areas were updated to correctly capture or display Dominican Republic addresses, currency, and time zone:

About this Release

As part of our initiative to move toward international processing of payment transactions, we have enhanced DataTrak and MYiCLUBonline for operation in the Dominican Republic.

Enhancements

The following changes were made to correctly capture Dominican Republic address information, and represent the national currency and time zone:

l The Dominican Republic was added to all country displays and drop-downs.

l When the Dominican Republic is selected as the country, the State field is updated with the list of Dominican Republic provinces. (For a list of provinces and their abbreviations, see the Frequently Asked Questions.)

l In some cases, when the Dominican Republic is selected as the country, the system will display the second address line (Address Line 2). This operates in the same way as Puerto Rico addresses.

l If the billing country is the Dominican Republic, the currency will be the Dominican Peso (DOP). The DOP will be represented accordingly on all reports that include financial information (it is preceded by the $ symbol).

l The time zone display name was changed from Puerto Rico to Atlantic – DR/PR to reflect the Atlantic time zone and include the areas that do not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST).

Exceptions

The following changes will not be included in this release:

l Changes to DataTrak reporting.

l Altering the date format in DataTrak (it will remain MM/DD/YYYY).

l Expanding the field limit for addresses beyond 44 characters.

l Updating DataTrak or MYiCLUBonline text entry fields to allow entry of Spanish characters.

l Translating DataTrak or MYiCLUBonline into Spanish (including the use of decimal and comma separators when displaying numbers).

l Changes to allow use of the check reader with the Dominican Republic format.

l Changes to Online Business Center for the Dominican Republic.

Company Settings

Edit Company In the General section, the Dominican Republic will be listed as the Billing Country for clubs operating in that country. The following is an example of the Billing Country field.

In the Address section, we made the following changes:

l The Dominican Republic was added to the Country field list. When selected:

o The Address Line 2 is available for editing.

o The State field is updated with a list of provinces. (For a list of provinces and their abbreviations, see the Frequently Asked Questions.)

l The Dominican Republic was added to the list of available Support Country Addresses.

These changes are shown below.

Club Settings

Edit Club On the Demographics tab, we made the following changes:

1. Time Zone - We replaced Puerto Rico with Atlantic - DR/PR to reflect the Atlantic Time Zone and include the areas that do not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST).

2. Support Country Addresses - We added the Dominican Republic to the list.

3. Country - We added the Dominican Republic to the list. When selected, the Address Line 2 becomes available for editing and the State field is updated with a list of Dominican Republic provinces. (For a list of provinces and their abbreviations, see the Frequently Asked Questions.)

Attended Check In You can enter Dominican Republic address information in the Update Address pop-up as shown below.

Personal On the Personal tab, you can enter Dominican Republic address information for primary members as shown below.

Add Secondary You can enter Dominican Republic address information for secondary members as shown below.

Edit Employee You can enter Dominican Republic address information on the Edit Employee page as shown below.

Why is the Atlantic time zone not used in DataTrak for the Dominican Republic? Because the Dominican Republic, like Puerto Rico, does not observe Daylight Saving Time (DST), we could not use the regular Atlantic time zone (AST/ADT). Instead, we simply renamed the Puerto Rico time zone to Atlantic – DR/PR to include the Dominican Republic.
