Ðîäåí â ãðàä Äîáðè÷. Áàùà ìó Äèìî Õàðáîâ çàâúðøâà ïðàâî â Ëîçàíà, Øâåéöà- Born in the town of Dobrich. His father, Dimo Harbov, graduated in law at Lausanne, ðèÿ.
