If you have any questions concerning your visa, please contact our colleagues at the International Recruitment Office, by sending an email to [email protected] Accommodation We offer accommodation for exchange students at the locations Rotterdam, Diemen, Haarlem and Alkmaar. You can rent a room for a semester or for an academic year. Note that accommodation can be limited (so apply on time!) and is not offered in Delft and The Hague. For more information and the application form, visit our website . The application procedure for accommodation opens around 1 May. Insurance EU students need to bring a European Health Insurance card. Non-EU students need to take out an “Insurance Passport for Students” . In case Inholland applies for your Visa or Residence Permit, the International Recruitment Office will take out the IPS insurance on your behalf. Airport pick-up You may apply for a pick up if you arrive on 27 or 28 August 2013. You will receive information on this after your online registration.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR EXCHANGE STUDENTS Introduction Programme The Introduction Programme is compulsory for all new exchange students, as you will receive important information, needed throughout your stay at Inholland. Of course it is also an opportunity to meet all the other exchange students, the Erasmus Student Network and to get to know the university and the city. Approximately one month prior to the Introduction days you will receive the programme. Language Course (EILC) The Erasmus Intensive Language Courses are specialized courses, financed by the European Commission. The EILCs give Erasmus students the opportunity to study Dutch for 3-8 weeks prior to the exchange in the Netherlands.
