Hermanos uses only choice sirloin beef and tender white meat chicken. We do not have a microwave oven. Our beans, rice and enchilada sauce are made using no animal products. All of our menu items are prepared to order. Grilled items and enchiladas require a longer preparation and cooking time, and your patience is appreciated.
