Hon’ble CM requested to provide timelines for all the prioritized projects. Secretary, WRD briefed about 8 ongoing & 3 New projects under CE, Tirupathi. CE, TGP informed Adavipalli Lift (Peddamandyam Lift) works will finish by 21st Oct’18 and Kuppam Branch Canal works will finish by 16th Nov’18. Hon’ble CM raised concerned for delayed works in Nellore Barrage. Secretary, WRD and EnC, WRD visited the sites and instructed to entrust part of Projects under CE, works of Nellore Barrage to another agency to expedite works. For 2 - Tirupathi CE, TGP informed action has initiated to entrust the part of work to another information agency. CE, TGP informed Mallemadugu Reservoir, Balaji Reservoir, Venugopal Sagar Reservoir and Somasila Swarnamukhi Link Canal are under issues of Alienation of Forest Lands. Hon’ble CM instructed Forest department to expedite the approvals at the earliest. Hon’ble CM requested for the plan of water releases across all the projects. Hon’ble CM reviewed project status of the following projects: — Marala and Cherlopally reservoir — Madakasira Branch Canal — Widening of HNSS Main Canal Projects under CE, — Mid-Pennar South Canal For 4 - Anantapuram — Lifting of water from Jeedipalli to Upper Pennar Project Information — Lifting of water from Jeedipalli Reservoir to Bhairavanithippa Project — Community Lift cum Drip Irrigation Project Project Status are shown in the attached annexure. CE, Kadapa briefed about the status of the work for all the packages: Package 1: Declaration and Award are under process in SDC, GNSS Unit-II, Kadapa. Package 2&3: Proposals for Stage-I forest Clearance submitted to the Nodal Officer, Principal Chief Conservator of Forest, Chennai from Principal Secretary , For 5 GNSS Phase II - Forest & Environment on 19-Sep-2018 Information Package 4&5: Stage-I clearance completed. Hon’ble instructed to transfer Package 6&7 to CE, Kadapa from CE, Tirupathi and Also, instructed to ground all the packages by month of November. Hon’ble CM instructed to arrange for inauguration of Kandula Obul Reddy Gundlakamma Reservoir Project. Project under CE, CE, Ongole briefed about progess of Poola Subbiah Veligonda Project and issues For 6 - Ongole of Refurbishment of TBM and replacement of deteriorated length of conveyor belt. Information JC, Prakasham requested for the Bill payment of Rs. 30cr. For the veligonda region. Secretary, WRD informed issue will be resolved.
