The Society shall consist of Fellows, Honorary Fellows, Correspond- ing Members, and Lady Associates. 3. Candidates for admission as Fellows must sign the Form of Applica- tion prescribed by the Council, and must be proposed by a Fellow and seconded by two members of the Council.
