Passport DC Around the World Embassy Tour General Reminders

• Evaluations: In addition to giving them to you, participants can return completed evaluations to any volunteer wearing a DC Event Staff/Volunteer T-shirt located at Information Booths, Embassies, or to a member of the Hospitality Street Team.

• Program Guides: If you run out of Program Guides, encourage participants to access information by downloading the Smartphone App at app.passportdc.org (info located on a sign outside of each embassy).

• Souvenir are available for $5 at two locations: o Van Ness Information Booth located on Van Ness St., NW off of Connecticut Ave., NW o Dupont Circle Information Booth located at P St., NW and Massachusetts Ave., NW, west of Dupont Circle Park.

• At the end of your shift, replace your volunteer t-shirt with your original clothing. Otherwise, participants will assume you are still on shift and ask you questions or attempt to hand you evaluations.

• Updates Since Program Guide Printing: o (1) Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is no longer able to participate. The embassy is closed on Saturday, May 3. o (12) Embassy of Chad is no longer able to participate. The embassy is closed on Saturday, May 3. o (19) Embassy of the Arab Republic of is no longer able to participate. The embassy is closed on Saturday, May 3. o (31) Embassy of the Republic of Korea is no longer able to participate due to the ferry tragedy. The embassy is closed on Saturday, May 3. o (34) Embassy of the Federated States of Micronesia location has changed. The new location is at the embassy located at 1725 N Street NW. o The African Union Mission will showcase at the Embassy Row , 2015 Massachusetts Avenue, NW.
