Public transportation from venue into the city The afternoon parallel sessions will be held at AlbaNova, from where you can take either bus 43 or 44 or the metro from Tekniska Högskolan into town. Reception at the City Hall 3 rd July The City Hall of Stockholm is one of the best known buildings in Sweden. It holds the most exclusive ballroom in Stockholm, hosting the yearly Nobel Banquet. The City Hall is famous for its hospitality, its unique art treasures, magnificent banquets and intriguing history - attracting close to 400,000 visitors each year. The reception at Stockholm City Hall starts at 19:00 and lasts for about an hour and a half. Light canapés will be served at the reception. Get there: Metro red line number 14 from Tekniska Högskolan to T-centralen. Walk along Vasagatan and turn right across the bridge (Stadshusbron) towards Kungsholmen. Address: Ragnar Östbergs Plan 1, Stockholm Skansen and banquet dinner at Solliden 4 th July Skansen is a famous open-air museum and zoo situated on the beautiful island Djurgården, just a few minutes from downtown Stockholm with tram. Here you will get close to the Swedish history as well as the Swedish animals. Solliden restaurant is situated in the middle of Skansen, with a breathtaking view over Stockholm’s sky line. The dinner at Solliden starts at 19:30 and the evening ends at 23:00. Tickets for the banquet can be bought at Aula Magna.
