DM/15/2473 Location: 47 Horsham Road, , , West , RH11 9AW, Desc:Proposed loft conversion with 2 no. hip to gable ends and rear dormer. SPC observation: Current proposed plan is not in keeping with surrounding properties. Also, there is concern about applicant crossing open space without permission and the MSDC planning officer needs to satisfy himself that work has not started in advance of permission.
