How to apply for hosting a World Military Championship ?

1) Eligibility and procedures: only active CISM member nations may organize CISM WMC.

2) Time to apply for hosting: no specific time of the year but this should be done preferably at the General Assembly one year prior to the MWC. 3) Calendar of the concerned sport: Is the candidature open? Contact the CISM General Secretariat (=CISM HQ) to find it out . 4) CISM HQ and PCSC: your Points of Contact – CISM HQ and PCSC of the sport concerned. 5) Application Form: before sending the official Application Form: consult the PCSC. The Application Form should be sent to the CISM HQ and as a copy to PCSC of the sport concerned.

CISM Sports Committee main tasks

 Manages and develops a CISM sport for military athletes.

 Is the ultimate CISM Sport authority that oversees the technical

conduct of a World Military Championship.

 Maintains an updated regulation of the sport.

 Maintains liaison with the International Federation governing his sport. CISM SPORT COMMITTEE

The Sport Committee is composed of:

 President;

 Several members, preferably at least one from each continent,

proposed by their Chiefs of Delegation whose nations usually

participate in the MWC concerned. SOLIDARITY SOLIDARITY

AIM

The aim of this project is to support our member countries on fees category A, B & C funding their travel costs, training some of their athletes and instructors.

CISM SOLIDARITY PLAN

Solidarity Plan consist of the following activities;

 Travel Plans; We support athlete and coaches to World Games, Winter Games & Cadet Games.  Regional Developments Centers (RDC); We provide funds to organized courses in RDC (Kenya & Brazil).  Technical Assistance; we purchase tickets for 1 or 2 resources personnel to support countries organizing - Clinics, Seminars, Workshops & Courses. CISM DOPING CONTROL SUGGESTIONS TO PARTICIPANTS OF THE CISM CHAMPIOSHIP (2017)

FREE EDUCATION PROGRAM is available in CISM website http://www.milsport.one/programs/anti-doping SUGGESTIONS TO ORGANIZER COMMITTE (OC)

World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) recommends all Organizing Committees assigned to host the CISM competitions foreseen in Sports Calendar to contact their respective National Anti-Doping Agency (NADO) to support them on Sample Collection Authority (SCA) activities. Organizing Committees under the above conditions also must post CISM as Testing Authority (TA) and as Results Management Authority (RMA).

Why & How to promote the Para-Sport Events in CISM?  Adapt the event to Para-Athletes;

 It is not mandatory to do the same event for the Para-Athletes, but let’s try to do some integrative event;

 The Organizing Committee might try to promote integration with, for example:

. Clinics.
