(excl. O. bohemica) in Poland, based on a critical revision of herbarium and literature data as well as results of my field research. Most of the records date back to the 19th or early 20th century and are now historical. Most of them lack also herbarium documentation. Since the 1950s the species has been found in 10†new localities, only partly documented by herbarium specimens. Currently it is present in only 4 localities, in valleys of the Lower Vistula and the Lower Oder (Odra) rivers and in the Silesian-KrakÛw Upland (Wyøyna ålπsko-Krakowska). These are some of the northernmost sites known for the species, and the new data extend its continuous distribution range. A map of its distribution in Poland is included. Poz. 18 UCHWAŁA NR XXIII/197/2020 RADY MIEJSKIEJ W CEDYNI z dnia 29 grudnia 2020 r. w sprawie zmiany budżetu i w budżecie Gminy Cedynia na rok 2020 Na podstawie art. 18 ust. 2 pkt 4, pkt 9 lit. i ustawy z dnia 8 marca 1990 r. o samorządzie gminnym (Dz. Dokonuje się zwiększenia dochodów budżetu Gminy Cedynia o kwotę 66.971,44 zł, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 1 do niniejszej uchwały. § 2. Dokonuje się zwiększenia wydatków budżetu Gminy Cedynia o kwotę 2.231,44 zł, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do niniejszej uchwały. § 3. Ustala się planowany deficyt budżetu Gminy w kwocie 783.191,32 zł, który zostanie sfinansowany przychodami pochodzącymi z: 1) zaciągniętych kredytów i pożyczek w kwocie 390.807,74 zł; 2) nadwyżką budżetu jednostki samorządu terytorialnego z lat ubiegłych w kwocie 392.383,58 zł, pomniejszoną o środki określone w art. 217 ust. 2 pkt 8 ustawy o finansach publicznych. § 4. Zmniejsza się przychody budżetu Gminy Cedynia o kwotę 64.740,00 zł z tytułu spłaty udzielonych pożyczek. § 5. Plan przychodów i rozchodów otrzymuje brzmienie zgodne z Załącznikiem Nr 3 do niniejszej uchwały. § 6. Załącznik Limity gminy Cedynia na wydatki inwestycyjne realizowane w roku 2020 otrzymuje brzmienie zgodne z Załącznikiem Nr 4 do niniejszej uchwały. § 7. Załącznik Limity gminy Cedynia na projekty planowane do realizacji w ramach programów operacyjnych w roku 2020 otrzymuje brzmienie zgodne z Załącznikiem Nr 5 do niniejszej uchwały.

    Annex no. 4 Socio-economic study SOCIOECONOMIC STUDY For the purpose of accurate determination of impacts of the Project on the community and adequate and effective compensatory and protective measures, it was necessary to carry out socio-economic studies. As part of Task 1B.2, the survey was conducted using the standardised in- depth questionnaires, as aside from answering the standard questions contained in the questionnaire, the respondents could express their views on the Task in the form of free statements. However, due to the protection of personal data, completed questionnaires will not be published. 1. Sources and methodology The socio-economic study has been conducted by the legal and social team being part of the Consortium – Consultant responsible for preparing this LA&RAP. The principal source of information about the development and use of the occupied properties is the analysis of GIS data, excerpts from the land and building register and entries in land and mortgage registers, and an on-the-spot verification on the Task site. The possession status of the acquired real properties has been determined based on the land and mortgage registers, and by way of on-the-spot verification at the Task site. The existence of infrastructure was confirmed by analysing the GIS data, LBR excerpts and design documents, and by an on-the-spot verification at the Task site. As regards social impacts, the basic source of information was the information acquired from available registries (such as the business register) as well as data obtained by visiting the site of the Task.
