Grey, recently on NBC’s 5th Season of the hit singing show “” has wowed audiences across the globe with her powerful vocal per- formances. Grey worked with Adam Levine to make her way to the Top 20 with powerhouse songs such as “Catch My Breath” and “Already Gone” by Kelly Clarkson, “Domino” by Jessie J, and “Still Into You” by Paramore. She’s a sweet, unassuming girl with lots of personality. Grey has been compared with big artists such as Kelly Clarkson and Sara Bareilles. Joe LoPiccolo is a guitarist and composer whose work is influenced by Brazilian, Classical, Flamenco and Jazz genres. Writer Dan O’Heron of the Pasadena Weekly states his music is: “Soft spoken eloquence, fascinatingly improvised.” Andy Ellis, former senior editor of Guitar Player wrote: “LoPiccolo’s impeccably executed, imaginative arrangements reveal his mastery of the guitar and its most subtle timbres.”

Mitchell Long’s musical roots are in Jazz, Blues and popular styles, but he is known most for his work in Brazilian, African and other world-music genres. Long is currently guitarist for American Jazz singer Melody Gar- dot and the African legend of Angola; Waldemar Bastos.

JOANNA WALLFISCH Saturday May 19, 6-9pm

London born, LA/NYC based vocalist, composer and multi-instrumental- ist Joanna Wallfisch has emerged as a unique voice in the singer-song- writer world. With a classical and jazz infused background, her music combines post-folk and art-song with a poetic lyricism which The New York Times described as “sensitive and deep”. She is a master in the art of live vocal looping and creates beguiling vocal soundscapes to ac- company her songs. The Telegraph called her virtuosic performance as “sublime and unique”.

CHRISTOPHER WATSON Friday, May 11, 9pm-12am

In 2013 Christopher Watson found his way to Hollywood as a partic- ipant on NBC’s The Voice. After releasing his EP ‘Part of a Man in late 2015, Watson found himself as a regular performer on the NYC Singer/ Songwriter scene. He took the show on the road in June 2016 on the Till the Sun Tour, performing along the east coast.

Katie Ferrara is a folk/pop artist from Los Angeles, CA. Making regular appearances on the 3rd street Santa Monica Promenade, Melrose Trading Post, downtown Burbank and various farmers markets in Los Angeles, Katie has carved a name for herself in the streets of her hometown as a “busker” or street performer.

Emily Brooks is a folk-soul-pop singer-songwriter and television-film actress raised in Erie Pennsylvania, residing in Los Angeles. Emily first began singing in the Theatre where she fill in love with the art of perfor- mance. Her musical training couples with living in a household that only played classics like Al Green, Sinatra, The Isley Brothers, & Dean Martin infused Emily’s sound with elements of jazz, pop. r&b, and rock and roll. With soul like Norah Jones and popes like Stevie Nicks, Emily is current- ly working on her first EP.

SHANI ROSE BAND Saturday May 12, 9PM-12Am

Shani Rose has taken this “Soulful Crunch” and become her own breed of songwriter---with influences from , Sara Bareilles, Regina Spektor, and Norah Jones --she could almost be considered an Adorah Barektor. Shani was first inspired by these musical ladies (among many other artists) when she was studying jazz piano, songwriting, and com- posing at USC’s Thornton School of Music. So inspired, in fact, that in 2009 she decided to record an EP all by herself and embark on a inde- pendent tour with fellow singer/songwriter Amanda Holmes. ​
