This designation and annual celebrations gradually raised public consciousness of the need for people with developmental disabilities to participate in their communities and live secure, fulfilling lives. Celebrating Promise Every March, The Arc of San Diego takes pride in commemorating progress and providing access to opportunity. Our programs demonstrate how everybody, no matter how profound their needs, can lead meaningful lives with supports and services that maximizes potential.
