THE DRIVER'S MEETING For the first time, The Memo has printed the proposed rule changes for 1984. In ICSCC racing, rule changes are made by Ed Howell, Race Steward once a year, at the Contest Board Fall Meeting. The struc ture of Conference allows for rule changes in a fairly democratic manner. Your club's drivers meet and debate CSCC at Portland Int'l Raceway, September 17th and 18th the proposed changes. Votes ·are cast in your club on each proposal.
