TOVARNIK-ŠID • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 1 hour, the borderzone is full. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 20 minutes, 3 trucks in the waiting line. • As of May 20, the EU goods can enter at Tovarnik-Šid. BATROVCI • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 3-4 hours, up to 1.5 km long waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 1-2 hours, 1 km long waiting line. PREŠEVO BORDER CROSSING • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 30 minutes, 4 trucks in the waiting line. GRADINA • Entry to Serbia: no delays. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 1 hour, 10 trucks in the waiting line. VATIN • Entry to Serbia: waiting time 20 minutes, 2 trucks in the waiting line. • Exit from Serbia: waiting time 30 minutes, 4 trucks in the waiting line. As of May 22, a negative test is no longer necessary to enter Serbia nor a special permit for domestic and foreign citizens. It has been announced that as of June 1, the borders will be fully open for the persons coming from the 4 neighbouring countries – BiH, Montenegro, Albania, North Macedonia. DAILY REPORT 29.05.2020. B OSN I A AND HERZEGO VINA Gradiška: • No vehicles on BiH exit. • No vehicles on BiH entry, no big delays. • Increased number of vehicles at the customs terminal Gardiška, waiting time 5 hours. Rača: • No vehicles on BIH entry. • 5 vehicles on BIH exit, no long delays. • 10 vehicles at the terminal that are waiting for veterinary or phytosanitary checks. At the yesterday's session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a decision was made to open the borders of BiH with neighboring countries, without restrictions and special conditions. The decision was made to open the borders with Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro, and airports will be opened in BiH from June 1. The airports in Sarajevo, Tuzla and Mostar will open for international traffic from June 1, following certain protocols. CROATIA • Bregana border crossing: no delays on entry and exit. • Macelj border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1 hour and there are no delays on exit. • Bajakovo border crossing: waiting time on entry is 1 hour and exit is 4 hours. Strong wind is blowing and ostructing the traffic on A1 motorway between Sveti Rok and Božići viaduct, and on A6 motorway Rijeka-Zagreb, between Kikovica junction and Tuhobić tunnel. Roadworks in progress: A1 Zagreb-Split-Ploče motorway, one lane is free only at Donja Zdenčina junction in both directions as well as between Jastrebarsko and Karlovac junctions in direction Zagreb; between Bristovac and Čelinka tunnels in direction Dubrovnik one lane is free only with 60 km/h speed limit. On A3 Zagreb detour road, due to roadworks at Sava bridge, after the Ivanja Reka junction, direction Bregana, the lanes are reduced in each direction (driving speed limit of 40 km/h). Roadworks until June 1, and complete traffic ban on the DC1 state road Karlovačka cesta, in Blato, Zagreb detour road A3 exit, at Lučko junction, direction Blata/Lučko, and Blata/Lučko access to Adriatic road, city direction. Traffic is suspended till June 9, in both directions A3 Bregana-Lipovac motorway, at the entrance of Velika Kopanica junction, detour: Sredanci and Babina Greda junctions; Due to roadworks on the motorway at Goričan, traffic is diverted to Goričan junction and detour towards old Goričan border crossing (detour Goričan junction ŽC2026-DC3-old Goričan border crossing). At Gunja border crossing, there is a traffic ban on freight vehicles and buses (the bridge is not stable). SLO VENIA SLO-CRO border crossing : • Obrežje: no delays for freight traffic, and passenger vehicles are waiting for 30 minutes on exit. • Gruškovje: waiting time for freight vehicles on exit is 30 minutes. • At border crossings Petrina, Jelšane and Sečovje, passenger vehicles are waiting for 30 minutes on exit. ITA-SLO border crossing: • As of April 19, arranging freight vehicle convoys is no longer required to enter CRO at Obrežje border crossing nor travelling in convoys through CRO. Subsequently, the Slovenian police has stopped arranging convoys at checkpoints with Italy (Fernetti and Italy). SLO-HUN border crossing : • Yesterday, an agreement was reached regarding the passengers crossing SLO-HUN borders. It is the second country after Croatia, where SLO borders are fully open. SLO-AUT border crossing : • The truck flow is normal, but on entry, they need to have full fuel tanks and must not stop anywhere in Austria. As of June 1, the freight vehicle restrictions on Sundays and holidays are back on for trucks whose weight exceeds 7.5 tons. Due to increased number of passenger vehicles coming from Austria to Slovnia, the Karavanke tunnel is occasionally closed. Rroadworks have caused traffic congestion on many roads: Gorenjska motorway Podtabor exit/access, Dolenjska motorway between Trebnje west and east is closed, the tunnel Golovec is under reconstruction. When crossing the boreder, all drivers need to have on them an Permit for working in the international transport – this document is used as a proof and no quarantine is needed in that case. A new regulation applies to the return of drivers from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina to Slovenia: all those who have not been out of Slovenia for more than 14 days do not have to be quarantined upon returning (the condition is that the driver has a place of residency in SLO). RUSSIA • Senkovka ∕ Novi Yurkovich: no delays on entry and exit. • Grejac / Pogar: no delays on entry and exit. • Bacevsk / Trobortnoe: no delays on entry and exit. • Terehovo: no delays on entry and exit. 124 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Paternieki: no delays on entry and exit. 110 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hour • Silene: no delays on entry and exit. 81 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours. • Grebnevo: no delays on entry and exit, 64 trucks have crossed the border in the last 24 hours • Domanovo – Makrany: 3 trucks waiting on both entry and exit. Quarantine measures do not apply to international transport drivers. Regarding passenger traffic, there are no delays on mentioned border crossings. At Terehovo border crossings 10 passenger vehicles have crossed the border in the last 24 hours, at Paternieki 3 and at Silene 12 passenger vehicles. MONTENEGRO The Government of Montenegro has announced that the National Coordination Body for the Suppression of Infectious Disease has decided that from June 1, foreigners will be allowed to enter Montenegro without quarantine and self-isolation if the rate of active cases of COVID 19 is less than 25 per 100,000 inhabitants in the country of which the foreigner is resident of. Dobrakovo (MNE) – Gostun (SRB) border crossing: • 19 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 2.5 hours. There are no delays on exit. • TCG is dispatched regularly, upon arrival to the border crossing, the trucks are dispatched immediately. • There is no quarantine, Bosnian and foreign drivers are given written instructions to regularly contact epidemiologists Ilino brdo – Klobuk border crossing from Bosnia: • 3 trucks waiting on entry, waiting time 15 minutes. There are no delays on exit. • During the 08.00-12.00 working hours, waiting time is 1.5 hour. After that period, waiting time is 30 minutes. Customs procedures are performed as HGVs arrive on border crossing. • No quarantine. DAILY REPORT 29.05.2020. Debeli Brijeg (MNE) – Karasović (HR) border crossing: • 13 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 2.5 hour. 3 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 15 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks. However, transit vehicles are given written instructions on deadline to exit Montenegro. • No quarantine. Božaj (MNE) - Hani i Hotit (AL) Border crossing: • 9 vehicles waiting on entry, waiting time 2 hours. 3 trucks waiting on exit, waiting time 30 minutes. • There is no separate line for vehicles in transit and they are in the waiting line with the rest of the trucks.
