The Employer invites sealed bids by single stage one envelop bidding procedure from eligible firms licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above mentioned work and duly endorsed with the employer having validity for Fy 2019-20. 2. Bidder may obtain further information, inspect and acquire the bidding documents from The Office of the executive Engineer PDA Rawalakot Poonch A.K during the office hours.

3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by an interested bidder on submission of a written application to the above office along with 2% CDR issued by a schedule bank in Pakistan having its branches in Azad Kashmir in favor of (Chairman Pearl Development Authority Rawalakot) as earnest money as mentioned in column no.06 and upon payment of a non refundable tender fees on 20 May 2020 before during the office hours. The Application must be accompanied by a declaration/Affidavit that he or his firm is not black listed by any of the departments / Ministries and it must also state the names of the works with costs, if any, allotted to him which are still under execution. Bidding documents will not be issued without his declaration / Affidavit. 4. Tender documents will be issued only to contractors /Firms or their authorized representatives who will show original power of attorney along with original authority letter & ID card. 5. All bids must be delivered to Office of the Executive Engineer PDA Rawalakot on 21 May 2020 Before 10.30 AM opened at above details Hrs on the same day , in the presence of bidders representative who choose to attend at the same address. Only the responsive bidders will be considered. Bids received through postal services will also be entertained. 6. Bids will be done on“ AJK CSR Jan to June, 2020 (Fy 2019-20) District Poonch A.K above/below basis Contractors has to write his bid in tender form both in words and figures up to 2 decimal (only two digits after decimal will be considered) The condition of two digits after decimal will also apply in the case of quoted rates. 7. Any bid prepared and submitted in contrary to the instruction of bidders particularly clause IB 8 and bidding data Clause 16.4 shall be declared as non- responsive. 8. In the case of bidders quote their rates less than 10% below the Engineer’s Estimates, they will have to provide, additional bid security along with their bid in the shape of CDR from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan /AJK equal to the amount of difference between the estimates and bid cost, Failure to do so will result in non responsiveness. 9. The Firms/Contractors who are already allotted any works by PDA and their progress is not satisfactory OR Whom License for the current financial year as not yet been renewed OR those who are blacklisted OR Those whom causes against PDA or any others department pending at any court of law shall not be issued tender Documents 10. The competent Authority in accordance with PPRA Rule-33 reserves the right to accept or reject any one or all bids. 11. Payment shall be made availability of funds 12.
