Many of you are new to the AirSelect program and many of you have been with us for quite some time. We wanted to take a moment to provide a brief overview of what we offer and how to use it.

How the AirSelect program works for CCRA Preferred Carriers:  When you have a ticket to issue on a CCRA Preferred carrier  Access our website at www.ccra.com/air Look for Access Online Agreements and click the LOGIN button just below that  For ease of use – you can also bookmark this link which will take you directly to the same Login page http://airselect.ccra.com  Input your ARC number and Pseudo city for Apollo/Worldspan/Sabre users or your Office ID if your agency uses Amadeus  Once you gain access to the site, you will be able to view, print or download a copy of the CCRA agreements and any current promotions that particular ARC is eligible to use. Please note if your agency has multiple ARC numbers, they may not all be authorized to every agreement  Look for the documents with “XXX Airline Name” in the title  When issuing a ticket be sure to review the agreement and all promotions being offered  Tickets are issued in your agency, via your ARC and GDS. CCRA does NOT handle the ticketing  Emails will be sent to the AirSelect contact person at your agency any time something changes on these preferred carrier agreements

How the AirSelect program works for ARC Standard and Airline Pro Carriers:  You will find a document on our website titled “CCRA Month Year”  This is a compiled list of carriers that pay commission to any ARC accredited agency along with the carriers represented in the US by Airline Promotion Group.  The ARC Standard commissions are provided as a courtesy and CCRA cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. We recommend that you contact the airlines sales office for confirmation before ticketing  The Airline Promotion Group carriers are updated monthly, we recommend that you check the website any time you have a ticket to issue to ensure you are seeing the most updated document

Guidance and Assistance:  Should you or your staff have any questions about commission or contract interpretation, please contact us Monday through Friday between 830AM and 530PM ET via email.  Please COPY/PASTE the GDS flight segments along with the GDS fare quote  Email to us at [email protected]  We will review the itinerary, the fare quote and the CCRA commission agreement and guide you to the proper commission to claim  Outside of our business hours, please ticket using your best judgement and we will reply to you the next business day and any applicable adjustments may be made in IAR.
