Bob Morgan, Former DCUC Board member and Navy/Coast Guard Representative Roland “Arty’’ Arteaga, President/CEO, DCUC his past month, I had time to reflect on my last conference as a DCUC Board T member, and I asked Arty to allow me an opportunity to pen a short note in the ast month in my recap of DCUC’s Alert, so that I could offer my thanks to you and fellow board members.
