The development of these concepts do not rely entirely on the start/timing of the CEVA line, however, it could contribute to even more vibrant and active centers around La Praille and Annemasse stations. 2. The development of the Greenfields is not a high priority in the short to medium term, however, if pressure for more housing rises in the long term, the proposed concept will be implemented. 3. It is easily reachable by train or by bus using the united network of public transport unireso. Ayant immigré moi-même, je me rends compte de l’impor- tance d’aller voir ailleurs pour mieux vivre chez soi. Alors même que j’ai décidé de rester en Eu- rope, je suis persuadée que le fait d’or- ganiser un voyage avec les jeunes est extrêmement important pour les aider à mieux comprendre leur propre pays. Les jeunes avec lesquels nous sommes partis au Canada sont tous majeurs, c’est-à-dire qu’ils sont en âge de voter, de donner leur opinion, de participer à la vie sociale et politique de leur pays, de notre pays. Notre espoir, à nous les organisateurs de ce voyage, est que, ayant vu comment un autre pays gère les questions d’immigration, ils soient en mesure d’apporter peut-être un regard nouveau sur cette question ici, chez eux. Et puis, nous avons bien l’exemple de Dieu qui a "immigré" depuis son ciel pour nous rejoindre sur la terre, pour endosser notre humanité, partager nos joies et nos détresses et nous combler de son amour éternel.

With its motorway and public transports links, the site is seen as the ideal entry point to Geneva with rapid access to both sides of the lake. In 2022, a tram line will connect the complex to the Léman Express, the rapid trains network linking the Geneva and Vaud cantons to France. The five ESPACE TOURBILLON buildings are served by an underground logistics terminal that can accommodate trucks of up to 40 tonnes. Its loading and storage areas permit the distribution of goods to all buildings on the site. With a clearance height of 4.5 m, this platform has been designed to ensure safe and efficient logistics operations. All upper floors are accessible thanks to freight elevators with a 4 tonnes payload. 6 To achieve a balance between a high quality working environment and welcoming public spaces, the architects Brodbeck Roulet conceived buildings that are organised around a mainly pedestrian central precinct with terraces and water features. Local services such as a supermarket, food court and gym will be located on the ground floor in high arcades with wide bay windows.
