"Službeni list grada Beograda", br. 3/2005 velikim značajem za vođenje javnog gradskog saobraćaja (autobusa). Skupština grada Beograda na sednici održanoj 16. februara 2005. godine, na osnovu člana 54. Zakona o A.2. Povod i ciljevi izrade plana planiranju i izgradnji ("Službeni glasnik RS", broj 47/03), i člana 31. Statuta grada Beograda Predmetnim planom detaljne regulacije razrađuje se ("Službeni list grada Beograda" br. 14/04 i 30/04), deo teritorije opštine Zvezdara i utvrđuju uslovi za donela je rekonstrukciju saobraćajnice Partizanski put (Dragoslava Srejovića) sa pripadajućom infrastrukturom od Severnog bulevara (raskrsnice P L A N D E T A L J N E R E G U L A C I J E "Bogoslovija") do ulice Jovanke Radaković u dužini od oko 2.500m, dogradnju i rekonstrukciju u celom ZA REKONSTRUKCIJU SAOBRAĆAJNICE kompleksu crpne stanice "Pionir" II visinske zone i PARTIZANSKI PUT (DRAGOSLAVA SREJOVIĆA) rezervoara "Pionir" I visinske zone, i daju uslovi za SA PRIPADAJUĆOM INFRASTRUKTUROM, izgradnju vodovoda ∅500 u okviru granice DOGRADNJU REZERVOARA I REKONSTRUKCIJU intervencije. CRPNE STANICE "PIONIR" Osnov za izradu plana je Idejni projekat I saobraćajnice Partizanski put od raskrsnice "Bogoslovija" do ulice Jovanke Radaković, sa idejnim A. UVOD projektima: sanacije klizišta, vodovoda, kanalizacije, odvođenja otpadnih i kišnih voda sa gravitirajuće teritorije ka ulici i idejnim projektima ostale potrebne A.1. Pravni i planski osnov za izradu i infrastrukture. Nosilac izrade Idejnog projekta donošenje plana saobraćajnice je "Hidropromet-inženjering", d.o.o. Beograd. Nosilac izrade Idejnog projekta sanacije klizišta je "Kosovoprojekt - Biro za specijalne A.1.1. Pravni osnov konstrukcije". Pravni osnov za izradu i donošenje Plana detaljne Slika 1: Planirana ulična mreža (Generalni plan regulacije saobraćajnice Partizanski put (Dragoslava Beograda 2021) Srejovića) sa pripadajućom infrastrukturom, dogradnju rezervoara i rekonstrukciju crpne stanice "Pionir", sadrži se u Zakonu o planiranju i izgradnji ("Službeni glasnik RS", broj 47/03) i Odluci o pripremanju regulacionog plana za rekonstrukciju saobraćajnice Partizanski put sa pripadajućom infrastrukturom, dogradnju rezervoara i rekonstrukciju crpne stanice "Pionir" ("Službeni list grada Beograda", broj 13/02). A.1.2. Planski osnov Prema Generalnom planu Beograda 2021. ("Službeni list grada Beograda", broj 27/03), na širem prostoru u odnosu na površine obuhvaćene ovim planom detaljne regulacije, zastupljene su sledeće zone: - saobraćaj i saobraćajne površine, A.3. Obuhvat plana - javne službe, javni objekti i kompleksi, - komercijalne zone i gradski centri, A.3.1. Opis granice plana - komunalne delatnosti i infrastrukturne površine, Granicom plana obuhvaćena je: - stanovanje, - regulacija ulice Partizanski put (Dragoslava Srejovića) u dužini trase od 2.468,7m - deo koji - sport, sportski objekti, i se rekonstruiše, od Bogoslovije do uklapanja u ulicu Jovanke Radaković, definisane - zelene površine. Regulacionim Planom naselja Mirijevo, ("Službeni list grada Beograda", broj 20/02); Potez ulice Partizanski put (Dragoslava Srejovića) zadržava se u rangu ulice I reda, i dalje, sa vrlo 1 - planirani kompleks crpne stanice i rezervoara Deo: 5142/1; 424/1; 620/5; 124/4; 1191; 1204; "Pionir"; i 401/36; 401/46; 1218/6; 401/52; 401/50; 620/11; 620/6; 1226/1; 1226/4; 1226/26; 1226/1; 1225/2; - koridor za postavljanje vodova od kompleksa 1225/3; 1225/4; 1233/1; 1220/1; 1221/2; 1221/1; crpne stanice do ulice Partizanski put 1221/3; 1445/2; 1445/1; 1445/3; 1446; 1433/2; (Dragoslava Srejovića), ukupne površine od oko 1433/3; 1433/1; 1434/24; 602/1. 9,4 ha. Granicom intervencije obuhvaćen je deo ulice KO Palilula Jovanke Radaković kroz koji prolazi planirani magistralni vodovod ∅500 do hidrotehničkog tunela d. l. 88; 89; 90 R=1:1.000 ∅600 i planirana kanalizacija od granice plana do postojećeg šahta u rasksnici "Bogoslovija". Trasa Cela: 5856; planiranog vodovoda definisana je i Regulacionim planom naselja Mirijevo, ali je kapacitet cevi Deo: 6123/3; 5783; 5784; 5785; 5781; 5790; promenjen pri izradi Idejnog projekta koji je osnov 6124/2; 5814; 5806; 6124/15; 5963/1; 6124/4; za izradu ovog plana. Granicom intervencije 5858; 5857. obuhvaćena je površina od oko 1,4 ha. Granicom intervencije obuhvaćene su sledeće Područje plana ima orijentacioni smer severozapad- katastarske parcele: jugoistok i graniči se: - na severu kompleksom Omladinskog stadiona, KO Zvezdara kompleksom naselja "Stara Karaburma" i delom kompleksa naselja "Nova Karaburma"; d. l. 25; 26; 40; 41 R=1:500 - na istoku kompleksom naselja "Nova Karaburma" Deo: 2218/1; 3741; 3742/2; 3742/1; 3743; 3758; do raskrsnice sa ulicom Jovanke Radaković; 3759; 3760; 3761; 3812; 3780; 3781; 3782; 3783; 3784; 3786; 3787; 3788; 3789. - na jugu površinama naselja Mirijevo i površinama park-šume Zvezdara; KO Palilula - na istoku površinama postojećeg stanovanja (stambene enklave u park-šumi Zvezdara) i - d. l. 90 R=1: 1000; d. l. 55 R=1:500 površinama park-šume Zvezdara, obuhvatajući postojeći kompleks crpne stanice "Pionir", pa Deo: 5857; 5861, 5142/1. sve do raskrsnice sa ulicom Mije Kovačevića. The potential to gather 3D inversion results from 2D acquisitioned data is one of many new software options that were not available twenty years ago. Data obtained by ground penetrating radar (GPR) using 500 MHz and 300 MHz frequencies were used to confirm information attained by electrical resistivity tomography, hence the GPR survey was only conducted on a small portion of one profile line. Suitable location of the former communal waste site “Ada Huja” and the degree of possible environmental pollution are one of many reasons why it was crucial to reinterpret the 2D inversion data. Two decades after the initial scanning the data was used to solve the eco-geological problem which is a side effect of the decade long disposal and non-aiding of the communal waste dump. Ada Huja, which is located only 4 km from the city center of Belgrade, was under the supervision from the former Federal executive council of SFRY and declared a communal waste dump in the year 1960.

A state of emergency has been declared for the whole country. All schools in Belgrade stopped work for two days while 155 primary and secondary schools are still closed in the affected areas.

    THE COVID-19 CRISIS IN SERBIA 15 July 2020 COVID-19 update • Current COVID-19 situation: Serbia has reported 351 new cases of COVID-19 registered in the past 24 hours, 19 334 cases registered in total and 429 deaths as of 15 July 2020. The Ministry of Health monitors the COVID-19 outbreak. The updated number of cases, including total number of confirmed cases, cases confirmed in the last 24 hours, deaths, number of persons hospitalised and total number of tested people, is published daily on the Ministry’s website. The government issues regulatory responses to mitigate its effects on the economy, rules applicable to the population and information on a dedicated COVID-19 website. • As of 3 July, the government of Serbia has declared a state of emergency in the capital, Belgrade. On 7 July, the President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vučić described the COVID-19 situation as critical in Belgrade and four other cities. • In response to an increasing number of cases, new containment measures have been implemented on 1 July, including mandatory use of masks in public transportation and indoor spaces as well as stricter measures in municipalities where a state-of-emergency has been declared. The measures include among others limiting the number of people in outdoor and indoor gatherings and limited hours of operation for service facilities. As of 15 July, the government introduced stricter measures (valid from 17 July) on the whole territory of Serbia. The epidemiological situation across Serbia is rapidly changing and new measures could be taken at any time.

This paper describes Middle Miocene (Badenian) shark teeth from Serbia and discusses their geographical distribution at other localities of the Central Paratethys. The shark teeth originate from Višnjica (near Belgrade), from Višnjica Clay, or the ‘Pleurotoma Clay’. The variety of sharks is very low, but according to these fossils Višnjica is the richest among Serbian localities. The sharks teeth reported in the paper belong to the following taxa: Otodus (Megaselachus) megalodon (A GASSIZ, 1835), Hemipristis serra AGASSIZ, 1835 and Odontaspididae indet. Зуби ајкула потичу из Вишњице (недалеко од Београда), из Вишњичких глина или “Плеуротом - ских глина”. Разноврсност ајкула је врло ниска, али је по овим фосилима Вишњица најбогатија међу српским локалитетима.     Ana Graovac & Jasmina Djokic: Implosive sprawl - Belgrade case study 44th ISoCaRP Congress 2008 Implosive Sprawl: Belgrade Case Study Introduction Process of intensive growth of urban region reflects on many aspects of urban life, economical, social, political and environmental as well as on public interest and public policy. Most of the problems can be recognized in almost every growing region in Europe. But, in this review we are going to focus on a group of problems that affect growth of Belgrade, and that are not so common. These problems are related both to general planning strategy and master planning, and also to the process of realization of such plans and their implementation. This paper deals with the urban growth which reaches urban sprawl in all its negative characteristics and effects and we are going to represent that this particular way of urban growth could be seen simply as implosive sprawl. Some examples of unbalanced urban development in post-socialist transition in Belgrade will be presented in this paper. A number of consequences of chosen cases already have damaging effect on urban structure and its functioning, even though most of them are serious and well planned reconstructions. The point is that, as will be shown, outcome of carefully planned reconstructions of an area, or of efforts to amend some previously unplanned processes, might be implosive sprawl in higher level. Cities in transition from centralized to free market economy are being re-composed, and during this process there is constant and strong danger of remarkable abuse of achieved standards and qualities, and disturbance of future development.
