Situation analysis Description of the disaster Massive rainfalls in the eastern parts of Serbia have caused major problems in the municipalities of Kladovo, Majdanpek and Negotin, where a state of emergency was declared on 16 September 2014, with the effort to save people`s lives and to reach those villages that are cut off. The floods have caused one death, at least three people are reported as missing, and some 400 people have been evacuated by police and civil protection rescue teams with vessels and helicopters and are temporarily sheltered in Kladovo. Landslides divided the village of Tekija into two parts, and rescuers are trying to break through the layers of soil with bulldozers.

The reserve is part of large marshland complex and represents one of the last large floodplains on the ground of the European continent. Getting into consideration the natural conditions, production resources, the structure of agricultural production and related activities, and environmental, infrastructural and social conditions in which these economic activities take place, formed the basis for research on the Upper Danube. For research purposes, this field is viewed in the broader context of the administrative area includes the city of Sombor and Municipalities: Apatin, Bač and Bačka Palanka. On the other hand, from the perspective of the enlargement process of the European Union (EU), derived for our country and the importance of capital investment for sustainable development imposed by the need to analyze the economic efficiency of investment in agriculture. Accordingly, the research activity is conducted within the boundaries of the analysis of investments in agriculture in the Upper Danube. Festival će biti održan 07. i 08. decembra pod sloganom "Razli čitost koja spaja". Nostalgija Kako je saopšteno na konferenciji za novinare, na konkurs festivala pristigla su 193 rada iz Srbije, Crne Gore, BiH, Hrvatske, Slovenije, Makedonije, Ma đarske, i Bugarske, od kojih je odabrano 25 kompozicija koje će se na ći na finalnoj ve čeri Festivala Omladina 2012.
