Updating and Enabling Adobe Flash Player UPDATING 1. Ensure that you have the most up to date version of Flash Player by visiting: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

ENABLING IN SAFARI 1. Open Safari, and choose Safari > Preferences from the upper left corner of the screen. 2. Click the Security tab and ensure that “Enable JavaScript” and Allow Plug-Ins is checked 3. Click “Manage Website Settings” 4. Choose “Adobe Flash Player” 5. At the bottom of the window, find "When visiting other websites:”, and choose “Allow”
ENABLING IN CHROME 1. Open Chrome and type chrome:plugins in the address bar to open the Plug-ins page. 2. On the Plug-ins page that appears, find the "Flash" listing and click on the “Enable” link under its name.
ENABLING IN MOZILLA 1. Open Mozilla and select the Tools menu 2. Select “Add-ons” and then select “Plugins” 3. In the list of Add-ons, look for Shockwave Flash (another name for Flash Player) and check the status that appears to the right of the plug-in name. 4. Select “Always Activate” and then close the dialog box.
ENABLING IN INTERNET EXPLORER 1. Open Internet Explorer and select the Tools menu 2. Select “Manage Add-ons” 3. In the dialog box that appears, select “Toolbars and Extensions” 4. In the list of Add-ons, look for “Shockwave Flash Object” (another name for Flash Player). In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is disabled, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight it. 5. In the lower-right corner of the Manage Add-ons dialog box, click Enable and then close the dialog box
