The numbering is also designed to make the format of the regulations more logical in terms of chronology. Art. 5.2.6 Teams can nominated the drivers to score points on the Monday after a rally – rather than just at the closing date of entries. Art. 13.1.10 It is now not permitted to ‘scrub’ tyres before the first special stage if this is a Super Special. e.g. Mexico. Art. 13.8 Correction - Add 'RFID'. Art. 13.10 Tyre pressure adjustment is now permitted when there is a delay of 13 minutes between check in and the start of a special stage. Art. 26.2 There are no longer ‘groups’ of numbers for different classes e.g. WRC2 from 20 to 40, WRC3 from 40 to 60 etc. – Events will seed in starting order, based on Priority group. Art. 34.1.6 It is not permitted to drive on a Special Stage without a windscreen if you don’t have goggles. In addition, the local Police or the Stewards could prohibit continuation. Art. 36.2.2 The format for Shakedown that allows the live coverage of the leading drivers has been determined in the regulations. Art. 41.2 Correction - Return of Start Order to the same as 2019. Art. 41.3.3 The format for Live TV where drivers start at potentially a different starting interval (e.g. 3 mins) has been formalized in the regulations. Art. 48.2.2/3/4. The driver must pull up to a line 50cm from the start beam at the Stage Start and then is not permitted to roll back or forward from that position. Art. 50.2 The pre Power Stage Re-Group has been increased to 40 mins to allow more cars to feature in the Live TV coverage. Art. 53.4 Correction - Change 'Member of Public' to 'Not a Crew Member' Art. 54.2.1 The system of 7 mins for a missed Stage or 10 mins if it is the last Stage of a leg has been simplified to a uniform 10 mins penalty for missing a Stage. Art. 54.2.3 If a crew retires between the final stage of a leg and the service park – but they have set the fastest time on the final stage, they will now keep the fastest time. Art. 56.2.1 The vicinity of the Power Stage podium has been included in the zones that are exempt from the 1km service rule – allowing team members to attend the Power Stage celebrations. Art. 56.3.1 Correction - Add 'TFZ' - plus Art. 56.3.2 Art. 59 Light Fitting Zones have been removed. Drivers will carry the lights in the car and fit them on a road section – extra time to be allowed. Art. 62.3.2 Remove - reference to standard fuel tank.
