Chase Center is a LEED Certified state-of- the-art sports and entertainment venue. Chase Center is an innovative, multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue situated at Thrive City on 11 acres in the Mission Bay neighborhood of San Francisco. Chase Center and the mixed-use development includes a C L I E N T Golden State Warriors state-of-the-art 18,000-seat arena, two office buildings, 100,000 square G C Mortenson/Clark Joint feet of mixed-use/retail space, and underground parking. More than three Venture acres of the site include plazas, landscaped gardens, and other publicly accessible spaces. The arena had its grand opening in September 2019, D U R A T I O N 31 Months hosting a concert for Metallica and the San Francisco Symphony.
