First question: Where was Donald Trump born and raised? Be specific. The answer is Queens New York. He was educated in upstate and in Pennsylvania, but he was born and raised in Queens. You get a ticket. Congratulations! Being first and taking action has its rewards. Second question: What year was Donald Trump born? Give me the year? That's right, 1946. He was born on June 14th of that year. Sir, you get a ticket. So what does that make Mr. Trump... roughly 62 years old? Do you think he's going to retire in a couple of years? I doubt it. But this I do know, he has a life-time of experience in making money. By the way, this gentleman was quick to answer. Here is my third question: How did Donald Trump make his money? The answer is real estate! Very good. You folks know a lot about Donald Trump. Mr. Trump has been an American business magnate, a socialite, a television personality, and an author. He's really an incredible man. Mr. Trump can be brash and bold. But one thing that you do have to say: the man knows the real estate business. (Future Pacing) : And what he knows about real estate you will learn when you become part of Trump University. Trump University is the manifestation of what Donald wants to do for people interested in building wealth and creating opportunity. The idea actually came to him during the second season of "The Apprentice" TV show. When he wrapped up the second season of "The Apprentice" show he thought to himself: "You know what? I'm only able to help one person at a time maybe in this fashion. Why don't I take the concept of an apprenticeship and make it available to a larger group of people"? It was once in competition to be the world’s tallest building. Mr. Trump bought this building from a foreclosure proceeding.

FitzPatrick Introduction: An overview and history of the political power of “multi-level marketing” to prevent regulation and law enforcement must begin at the end, with the election of Donald Trump. Yet, the appearance of a dramatic breakthrough is an illusion. MLM has controlled the Federal Trade Commission and prevented criminal fraud prosecutions for at least 30 years and its influence- buying is bi-partisan. The Trump election, however, does signify an extraordinary surge in political influence. Previous administrations have shown disregard for the damage and deception caused by MLMs on Main Street, yet the Trump presidency represents the first time that the president himself is a MLM leader and promoter. And whereas past presidents made appointments or their appointees made appointments that protected pyramids, the Trump presidency has appointed individuals who are themselves involved in MLM as major owners or spouses of owners, spokesmen of MLMs or major shareholders and aggressive defenders of these types of schemes, from which they are directly profiting. • President-elect Donald Trump himself owned an MLM.     The History and Future of Network Marketing 1 In The Beginning 2 Carl Rehnborg, Lee Mytinger and William Casselberry of Nutrilite Vitamin company created the MLM or Network Marketing concept in 1945. 3 “Multi Level Marketing” constituted two simple rule changes for how typical Direct Sales operated. 4 First Any distributor now at any rank could and should enroll or “sponsor” others. 5 This created a compounded effect of how fast new distributors could join the company. 6 Sales representative growth could grow geometrically like lilies on the pond. 7 Second Instead of a representative just being paid on their own sales, they could qualify to earn on virtually all of the sales on all of the levels of representatives enrolling as a result of their sponsoring. 8 This impacted incomes dramatically … from a few hundred a month to tens of thousands … even potentially more. 9 Even back then hype and exaggeration was a common method of operation. 10 Nutrilite Products Rehnborg acted as “scientific advisor” telling distributors Nutrilite supplements contained a “secret base of unusual therapeutic value.” 11 Nutrilite Products 12 Nutrilite Products A “how to get well and stay well” booklet was the primary sales piece representing Nutrilite as effective against almost every disease known to man. 13 Nutrilite Products The FDA executed many product seizures and ultimately issued a consent decree dated April 6,1951 against Nutrilite and the booklet was banned. 14 Nutrilite Products 1953 Top Nutrilite distributors began selling for Numanna Labs resulting in Nutrilite filing suit citing the 2-year non-compete as part of their distributor agreement.
