14 TAN SRI DATO’ SERI MOHD SALEH SULONG, a Malaysian, aged 54, is Group Chairman of DRB-HICOM Berhad. He was appointed to the Board on 26 June 1992. Before assuming his current position as Group Chairman on 5 March 1997, he was the Group Managing Director. He is Chairman 20 of the Board Executive Committee and a member of the Board 05 Remuneration Committee. Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Mohd Saleh is a member of the Chartered Institute of

Besides being involved in the motor industry for more than 30 years, he has acquired vast experience in other business activities, which include financial services,

He also serves on the Board of Directors of Perbadanan Usahawan Nasional Berhad. Besides, he is also Chairman of Kolej Universiti Teknikal Kebangsaan Malaysia, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Yayasan Budiman Universiti Teknologi Mara, Trustee of Yayasan Kebajikan Negara and Advisor/Fellow Council Member for Malay Chamber of Commerce Malaysia, City of Kuala Lumpur.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from University of London and is a Barrister-at-Law at Gray’s Inn, England and was called to the English Bar in 1983. 20 Datuk Mohd Khamil had his first executive career with Bank Bumiputra 05 Malaysia Berhad (BBMB) from August 1980 until November 1989.
