Formed in 2002, working with Irish Sailing and the Royal Yachting Association.

To encourage people to go cruising. To provide information to help cruising sailors. To represent the interests of cruising sailors to public authorities and private organisations. Membership & Home Base Annual membership costs €30 Open to anyone interested in sailing 130 members, a high number are family Covers all of Ireland

CAI post box is hosted by Irish Sailing www.cruising.ie acts as our premises. Many CAI members belong to sailing clubs This is not a requirement for membership.
