The Darling Family – female, 10-12. A child who, perhaps, has only one day left before she is grown up. Headstrong, deeply empathetic, enjoys organizing and planning, and prone to day-dreaming (and night-dreaming, to be honest).

JOHN DARLING – male, 5-7. A child who, for now, sees only the benefits of adulthood, but embraces childhood while it lasts. Prefers to do things in the proper way, but willing to bend the rules for a bit of fun if everyone else is on board.

MR. GEORGE DARLING – male, mid 40s. An adult since before he was old enough to realize the dangers of being one. Easily flustered, a loyal Englishman to the end, and committed to fairness. Doubles with MR. SMEE

MRS. MOLLY DARLING – female, early 40s. Close enough to childhood to remember what she enjoyed most about it. Always asking the correct questions, chooses to hide her nervous tendencies, and with a warmth in her heart that, if she could identify it, would be her continued belief in . Doubles with CAPTAIN JAMES HOOK

NANA – female, late 60s in dog years. The able-bodied and often-maligned pet and nanny of the Darling Household. Studiously working even when not being watched, and perhaps a little haughty that she does her job more efficiently than the parents. Doubles with one of the

JANE DARLING-HENLEY – female, 10-12. Wendy’s daughter. Inquisitive, and more impulsive than her mother. On the cusp of adulthood without quite grasping the severity that awaits her. Doubles with one of the Warriors

The Lost Boys Gang – male, 7-11. The leader of the Lost Boys, and the self-appointed protector of the Never Never Land and all it stands for. As wistful as a bird, as energetic as a thunderbolt, and as mischievous as the wind itself.

TINKER BELL – genderless and ageless. A elected to assist Peter Pan in his adventures – a task which frequently translates into “keep Peter from doing dumb things.” Prone to grudges, secretly self-sacrificing, and always creating new tasks for themself. Strong puppeteer experience needed

SLIGHTLY – male, 8-11. The second-in-command of the Lost Boys, by virtue of being the oldest and the only one who still (slightly) remembers the outside world. Defensive to a fault, and always keeping the rest of the group in line.

TOODLES – male, 6-10. The engineer and inventor within the group, and the architect-of-sorts of the House Underground. Well skilled in combat, and self assured even when clueless.

CURLEY – male, 6-10. The most impulsive member of the group, often getting into trouble due to his insatiable desire for adventure and fun.

TWIN 1 – male, 5-8. The more lethargic member of the twins, though only moderately so. Quick-minded, with a tendency to keep an eye on the big picture during adventures.

TWIN 2 – male, 5-8. The more energetic member of the twins, though only moderately so. Collected and calculating, asking questions and focusing on details.

NIBS – male, 5-7. The reserved and youngest member of the gang, catching sight of things that the others miss and providing the one check on their raucous energy.

The Crew Of The Jolly Roger CAPTAIN JAMES HOOK – male, mid 40s. Captain of the Jolly Roger. Sworn enemy of Peter Pan and a fine candidate for Greatest Villain of All Time. Quick to anger, suspicious to challenges on his authority, perpetually vain, and mostly convinced he’s not scared. Doubles with MRS. MOLLY DARLING

MR. SMEE – male, early 40s. First Mate of the Jolly Roger. An all-around nice guy who’s just trying so hard to nail this “mean pirate” thing. Keeping an eye on the big picture, effectively executing all tasks handed to him, and ultimately complicit in Hook’s crimes. Doubles with MR. GEORGE DARLING

ANTONIO CECCO – male*, 30-40. Gunner of the Jolly Roger. Often given tasks by Hook that he carries out in his own independent and malicious manner.

BILL JUKES – male*, 30-40. Boatswain of the Jolly Roger. A silent fellow, found lurking near the back of the ship, deep in the cabins, or sneaking up from behind to slit a throat.

MARTY MULLINS – male*, 30-40. Navigator of the Jolly Roger. Tense and paranoid, keeping an eye on Hook’s plans to ensure that they are carried out effectively by the crew.

EDWIN “NED” STARKEY – male*, 30-40. Cook of the Jolly Roger. A braggart who cannot keep his mouth shut to save his own life. A close confidant of Mr. Smee, when Hook is not around.

J.M. NOODLER – male*, 30-40. Musician of the Jolly Roger. A bright with simple vices, and the member of the crew that Hook is least willing to send off alone. Often popping up where he’s least expected. Ability to an instrument prefered

THE CROCODILE – gender and age unknown. A foodie with an appetite for the most savory dishes from around the world, constantly chasing that next morsel. Overly romantic and a slave to nostalgia. Doubles with GLADIOLUS; Strong dance experience needed

The Warriors Of The Forests

PRINCESS – female, age unknown. The royal captain of the Warriors of the Forests, who has mastered the art of attacking through defense. Committed fervently to truly earning the title she was born into, and justifies morale building as a strategy for victory.

GLADIOLUS – male*, age unknown. The heavy of the group, a fighter who rubs up against the defensive nature of the Warrior’s attack style. Quick in movement, emotionally distant, and at his best when fighting alongside others. Doubles with THE CROCODILE; Strong dance experience needed.

DATURA – female*, age unknown. The scout planning attack formations, and slowly mapping out the topography of Never Never Land. Always brings a smile to a normally serious band of warriors, and more skilled in strategizing plans than she is in executing them.

CEREUS – male*, age unknown. A quiet member of the group, but no less dangerous for how little he will let on about his combat skills. Violent only when he needs to be, and a field advisor to Princess Tiger Lily when on the hunt.

PRIMROSE – female*, age unknown. An open-hearted and vertical-minded Warrior, with a penchant for taking to the sky and a love for heights. Holds the secret goal of capturing a fairy, and using its magic to give the Warriors the gift of flight.

GARDENIA – female*, age unknown. The healer and spiritual guide of the Warriors of the Forests, well versed in the flora, fauna, and folklore of Never Never Land. Tuned in with the energy of the planet, and the best storyteller the entire island has to offer.

JESSAMINE – female*, age unknown. A high-energy firecracker of a combattant, often sacrificing clean cuts for a wild series of flashy maneuvers. A member of the Warriors since before Tiger Lily took charge, and fiercely loyal to all of Never Never Land.
