Mr.K.Ramachandran, learned advocate, appears for the Hatti Gold Mines Company and submits, on instructions, that, already, Rules have been framed in the year 2012 for accommodating the land loosers. 3 3. Therefore, we grant liberty to the writ petitioners to make a representation to the Hatti Gold Mines Company, within a fortnight and, if otherwise eligible, the Hatti Gold Mines Company shall consider their representation, in accordance with the Rules framed.
