Office Road, Khammam District, Khammam- 507001. Respondent : The Public Information Officer (U/RTI Act,2005) / O/o the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District-508213. ORDER Sri J. Yohan Babu Rao filed a complaint dated 22-06-2018 which was received by this Commission on 27-06-2018 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ the District Educational Officer, Suryapet District. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 02-05-2018 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. Stated that the Complainant did not get any response from the Public Information Officer, he preferred this complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Basing on the material papers available on record, the complaint is taken on file and notices were sent to the parties concerned directing them to appear before this Commission for hearing on 28-08-2019 at Hyderabad. The case is called on 28.08.2019. The complainant is absent. Ms. G. Sailaja, Asst. Director/ Public Information Officer/ O/o the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District is present. Heard the Public Information Officer and perused the material papers on records. On perusal of the material papers available in the case file, it is noticed that the 6(1) application was filed by theTSIC Appellant on 02-05-2018. The complainant in his complaint dated 22-06-2018 submitted that he has not satisfied with the information furnished by the Public Information Officer/O/o the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District, as sought in 6 (1) application. The Public Information Officer/O/o the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District submitted that available information was furnished to Appellant vide Lr No.2955/2018, dt.14-05-2018, by registered post. This Commission directs Public Information Officer/O/o the District Educational Officer, Suryapet, Suryapet District to furnish the complete information to the complainant within (7) days from the date of receipt of this order through Registered Post with Acknowledgement Due under intimation to this Commission. With the above direction, the appeal is closed.
