From the Director of Factories, Telangana, Hyderabad, Lr.No.A1/1731/2019, Dated: 04.03.2020. ***** ORDER:- The Government have issued orders realignment of Jurisdiction of Factories Inspectorate in schedule I, II A, II B & III vide G.O. 4th read above. 2. In the G.O. 5th read above, the Government have accorded administrative sanction to the Director of Factories, Telangana, Hyderabad for filling up of the five (5) posts of Deputy Chief Inspector of Factories in the Telangana State with the Head Quarters / Jurisdiction as mentioned therein. 3. In the letter 6th read above, the Director of Factories, Telangana, Hyderabad has submitted proposals for realignment of jurisdiction of Factories Inspectorate in Schedule I, II (A), II (B) & III of Government orders 4th read above duly including the five (5) posts of Deputy Chief Inspectors of Factories in the Telangana State. 4. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in an Extra- ordinary issue of the Telangana Gazette, dated: 11.03.2020: NOTIFICATION In exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (Central Act No.63 of 1948), the Government of Telangana hereby issue revised orders duly realigning the jurisdiction of Factories Inspectorate as shown in Schedule I, II A, II B & III appended to this order duly superseding the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No.21, LET&F (Lab) Department, dated: 17.06.2019 and declares that the said Inspectors and Additional Inspectors shall exercise the powers of Inspectors and Additional Inspectors under the Factories Act, 1948 within their respective jurisdictions subject to following exceptions namely:- “The Inspector shall not have power to add, amend, vary or rescind any orders previously passed by him but if he considers that any such action is necessary or desirable, he may do so after getting specific orders from the Director of Factories and that for the purpose of sending the prescribed notices and returns to the Inspectorate of Factories, the areas in each State / region / circle shall comprise as in column (5) of the said schedules.” Contd……2 :: 2 :: Schedule – I Areas in the State / Region / Circle in Name of the which notices and Sl.
