GOVERNMENT OF TELANGANA AGRICULTURAL MARKETING DEPARTMENT, SURYAPET DISTRICT This Department invites sealed tenders for supply of Tarpaulins. Interested Parties may obtain tender schedule by paying Rs.1500/- (Non-refundable) in cash from O/o the District Marketing Officer, Suryapet from 29 .10.2020 to 03 .11.2020 during 10.30 to 5.00 P.M. The last date for submission of tender is up to 3.00 P.M on 03.11.2020. Tender will be opened on 03.11.2020 at 4.00 P.M.Tender schedule is also available on the website: http://suryapet.telangana.gov.in Tender Schedule cost: Rs. 1500/- (Non-Refundable) Terms and Conditions: 1) The Tender Form can be obtained by cash payment of Rs. 1500/- from the office of the District Marketing Officer, Suryapet. OR 2) The tenderer should pay Rs. 1500/- towards the cost of tender form at the time of tender filing if it is downloaded through the website. 3) The last date for submission of bid is 03 .11.2020 up to 3.00 P.M at the following address: O/o District Marketing Officer,Old Grain Market, Near Rythu Bazar, Suryapet, PIN: 508213. 4) The tender shall be filed for Tarpaulins and accordingly the EMD and cost of tender form shall be paid. Failure to do so will entail the bid being rejected. 5) The bidder or his authorized representative may participate in the opening of Tenders. 6) The Additional Collector, Suryapet District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the offers, in part or in full without assigning any reason whatsoever. 7) The Additional Collector,Suryapet District also reserves the right to cancel/ postpone the date of receipt and opening of the tenders without bearing any liability, whatsoever, consequent upon such decision. 8) All tenders should be addressed to the District Marketing Officer, Old Grain Market, Near Rythu Baza, Suryapet, Telangana, PIN: 508213. 9) List of plant and Machinery supplied and commissioned by the bidder on Turn-key basis. 10) All the Tenderers are requested to mention the name of their authorized representative with full address in the tender documents with details of addresses of office / residence phone nos. Mobile no, Email address, etc. 11) In case the representative is changed during the course of execution of the contract such changes shall be notified by the successful Tenderer failing which the competent authority shall not accept any responsibility. 12) Tender must be accompanied with an earnest money of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand Only) failing which the tender will be rejected. 13) The Earnest Money should be deposited by way of account payee bank draft in favour of Additional Collector, Suryapet payable at Suryapet. 14. Cheque/Bank Guarantee/fixed deposit, money orders, etc. are not acceptable towards EMD. 15) In no case EMD will be accepted after opening of tender. 16) Details of EMD i.e. amount, draft number and date should be indicated on the cover of the envelope. 17) The cost of each items/equipments should be distinctly quoted in figures as well as in words in the prescribed form attached. The rate/price quoted should be inclusive of all taxes and also Freight, Insurance charges, etc. 18) The bid rate per one unit of item should be put in an envelope sealed and subscribe as “ Tarpaulins” and the envelop should carry the name, address, telephone number, e- mail address of the manufacturer/ supplier. 19) Delivery must be within 10 days from the date of issue of purchase order. 20) Delivery should be made at different Agricultural Market Committees in Suryapet District, Telangana as per the details mentioned in the purchase order. TERMS OF PAYMENT Payment will be made after submission of quality confirmity certificate issued by the Central Institute of Plastic Engineering Technology at Balanagar, Hyderabad. QUANTITY The requirement mentioned in the tender document is tentative and subject to increase or decrease at the time of issuing supply order. Tender which is not submitted in prescribed Proforma shall be rejected. Any additional particulars can be furnished in the accompanied letter of statement. CANCELLATION OF ORDER The authority issuing the order reserves the right to cancel whole or part of the supply orders of those suppliers, who are found to be defaulter for delayed supply of the equipment/machinery of non-standard quality of materials.
