See TAX MATTERS in this Official Statement. $9,060,000* CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT AND REFUNDING BONDS SERIES 2020-B Dated: Date of Delivery Due: As Shown Herein The General Obligation Improvement and Refunding Bonds [update to “General Obligation Improvement and Refunding Bonds” throughout], Series 2020-B Bonds (the “Bonds”) will be issued by the Issuer, as fully registered bonds, without coupons. Purchases of the Bonds will be made in book-entry only form in the denomination of $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof (the “Authorized Denomination”). Principal on the Bonds will be payable annually on October 1 in the years shown herein. Interest on the Bonds will be payable semiannually on April 1 and October 1 of each year until maturity or earlier redemption, commencing on April 1, 2021 (the “Bond Interest Payment Date”). The Treasurer of the State of Kansas will be designated as paying agent and registrar or the Bonds (the “Bond Paying Agent” and “Bond Registrar”).
