There is a rod limit on each of the new Kinmel Estate beats, in order to ensure that this is not breached all members wishing to fish a Kinmel beat must book in before fishing. The system will not permit any more than the permitted maximum to book and anyone fishing without a valid booking will be subject to disciplinary action. The Kinmel Estate beats are shared with Wirral Game members and if a pool is occupied you should inform the occupant that you wish to fish and will return in one hour. -

Analysis of Inspection Reports Denbighshire SACRE Spring 2014 (reports published in the autumn term) School Dates Reporting Inspector Ysgol Cefn Meiriadog October 2013 Mrs Jane Williams Ysgol Cefn Meiriadog is in the village of Cefn Meiriadog, near the town of St Asaph, in the Denbighshire local authority. Pupils come from a wide range of backgrounds and live in the village or the surrounding rural areas. The school caters for pupils between the ages of three and 11. Currently, 75 pupils attend the school, including nine who attend the nursery on a part-time basis. Pupil numbers are similar to those at the time of the last inspection. The school is organised into four mixed-age classes. No pupils speak Welsh as a first language or receives support for English as an additional language. Most pupils are of white British ethnicity with a very few pupils from mixed ethnic backgrounds. Eighteen per cent of pupils are entitled to free school meals, which is lower than the local authority and all-Wales averages. The school has identified 21% of pupils as having additional learning needs. No pupil has a statement of special educational needs. Ysgol Trefnant October 2013 Richard Lloyd Ysgol Trefnant Voluntary Aided Church in Wales Primary School serves the village of Trefnant and surrounding area in the county of Denbighshire. There are 76 pupils aged three to 11 years at the school including 12 pupils in the nursery. The school has four classes. Around 10% of pupils are entitled to free school meals. This figure has risen gradually in recent years but remains below national averages. -

A Community Council meeting was held at Cefn Meiriadog chapel vestry on Tuesday February 12 th 2016 at 7.30p.m Those present were Mr. M. Barlow, Mr H. Evans, Mr G .Hughes, Mr R.H.Roberts, Mr D. Williams(chair) and Mrs Ann Jones (clerk) 1. Apologises for absence Mr M. LL. Davies and Mr Dylan Williams. 2. Declaration of Interest. Mr H Evans and Mr R.H.Roberts signed the declaration of interest in connection with Community Councils donation to the cemetery at Cefn Meiriadog Chapel 3. The minutes were read and amended. The minutes for Tuesday December15th 2015 were amended as it was omitted that the Councillors had revisited planning application 46/2015/0969 Construction of a new access and alteration to existing access at the former Pilkington’s special glass site Glascoed Road St. Asaph as the planning officer wanted to know the reasons why the Councillors had objected to this planning application. In the proposed finance for the precept 2016/2017 the chapel cemetery donation had been omitted also the expenses to One Voice Wales should have read delegates expenses to the Annual General Meeting in October The minutes were then proposed as correct by Mr M Barlow and seconded by Mr D Williams. The minutes for January 25th 2016 were read and amended. The Clerk had miss spelt Mr G. Hughes name. In the planning application 31/2015/1230 proposed construction of 3 Mobile Holiday Lodges and change of use of land Location Bryn-y-Pin Mawr Groesffordd Marli Abergele the Clerk had omitted in the minutes to say that Councillors Mr M L Davies and Mr G Hughes had signed the Declaration of Interest on the planning application. -
