(, LITTLE MILTON, GREAT HASELEY, ANDTIDDINGTON WITH ALBURY AREA) (SPEED LIMITS) ORDER 20** NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Oxfordshire County Council proposes to make the above order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the order, as a result of the development of land adjacent to Rectory Road,Great Haseley is to extend the 30mph speed limit on Rectory Road north-westwards by 61 metres,in place of the current unrestricted (60mph) limit adjacent to a site of new development. It is also intended (for administrative purposes only) to consolidate the following orders into the new proposed order: The Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) A329 ( to ) (in the Parishes of Great Haseley & Great Milton) Order 1999, the Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Great Milton Parish) Order 1999, the Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Great Haseley Parish) Order 1999, the Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Little Milton Parish) Order 1999, the Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Little Milton Parish) (Amendment) Order 2005, the Oxfordshire County Council (Restricted Roads) (Tiddington with Albury Parish) Order 1999, the Oxfordshire County Council (B480/A329 to Great Milton) (50 mph Speed Limit) Order 2003, and the Oxfordshire County Council (Great Milton, Little Milton, Great Haseley, and Tiddington with Albury Area) (Speed Limits) Order 2011.
