ÅRSBERETNINGER Forbundstinget i 2018 vedtok at forbundets seksjonsårsmøter skal avholdes hvert annet år, og ikke hvert år som tidligere. Årsberetning for sesongene 18/19 og 19/20 skulle ha vært behandlet på det koronaavlyste Seksjonsårsmøtet i 2020. Strategisk analyse og verdsettelse av Rosenborg Ballklub BE305E Finansiering og investering Bodø, 2015 Stig Roland Nyvik Kristian Holhjem Almli Abstract The purpose of this master’s thesis was to valuate Rosenborg Ballklub per 1 January 2015. The valuation of Rosenborg was conducted using fundamental valuation. We chose this method because it allowed us to base the valuation on analyses of strategy and financial statements. This method is considered to be the most suitable to use when valuating a football club such as Rosenborg. Rosenborg is Norway’s most successful football club, having won more than 20 league titles. Norwegian football clubs have in recent years experienced a recession due to declining attendances, lower revenue from sponsorship deals and few success stories in European club competitions. Our valuation is based on financial statements for the period 2010-2014, while the strategic analysis stems from statements by Rosenborg, sports websites and news articles. The PESTEL analysis indicates that the main macroeconomic challenges for Norwegian football clubs are legislative changes and fluctuations in the economy. The external analysis revealed that the greatest threats were high rivalry among clubs and the media´s increased bargaining power. In the internal analysis we have identified Rosenborg’s strengths and weaknesses. The strategic analysis is summarised in a SWOT analysis, where we see that the club has several enduring advantages. The analysis of the financial statements shows that Rosenborg's revenue has been declining through the period, which confirms the economic challenges the industry is facing. Simultaneously, we see that Rosenborg is better equipped to meet these challenges through a greater solvency than the footballing industry at large. -

A Norwegian Football League Perspective Åse Jacobsen *, Morten Kringstad and Tor-Eirik Olsen NTNU Business School, Norwegian University of Science and Technology, 7491 Trondheim, Norway; [email protected] (M.K.); [email protected] (T.-E.O.) * Correspondence: [email protected] Abstract: Financial distress has been frequently addressed in the sports business and management literature; however, surprisingly little attention has been devoted to implications for financial viability derived from funding beyond what the Union of European Football Association (UEFA) defines as relevant income in football, henceforth referred to as extraordinary funding. This study critically discusses and reflects upon whether extraordinary funding can contribute to financial viability. To address this issue, we draw on approximately 100 financial statements for Norwegian top division clubs and their cooperating companies for three fiscal years. Results indicate that, although extraor- dinary funding contributes with sorely needed funds, thus from the outset contributing in making clubs more robust, the manner in which extraordinary funding occurs is still of great importance from a viability perspective. In this respect, it is useful to distinguish clearly between ex ante and ex post funding. JUNI 2017 KL. 1800 DAGSORDEN Det 26. ordinære årsmøte for Bandyseksjonen i Norges Bandyforbund. Ullevaal Stadion, torsdag 15. juni 2017 kl. 18.00. Årsmøtets åpning 1. Seksjonsstyret Innstilling på seksjonens representant til forbundsstyret Leder og medlemmer i valgkomiteen Medlemmer til Ballfondet Årsmøtet avsluttes. 3 BANDYSESONGEN 2016-2017 Semifinaleplass på A-landslaget herrer i årets A-VM i Sandviken. Dette har ikke skjedd siden 1999. Det viser at det fortsatt er mulig, også for oss, å ta steget opp blant de beste. Årets lag gjennomførte en solid turnering og fikk betalt som fortjent for dette. Erfaringen med å møte de beste nasjonene i kamper i forkant av VM gav således positive resultater. Plutselig var også riksmedia opptatt av bandy. NM-finalene på Frogner for damer og herrer senior ble gjennomført under gode rammer og med gode isforhold. Det var hyggelig med en økning av besøkende på damefinalen og stemningen på tribunen var meget god. Kampen var også underholdende og spennende til siste slutt. Værgudene var i stor grad med oss denne vinteren noe som skulle tilsi stor forutsigbarhet for kamper på alle nivåer. -
