PROS Okaloosa County: Using two colors particularly with red as a standout color on both sides of the e elope see s to at h the oter’s attention- did see improvement but it did not eliminate the problem altogether.
Taylor County: One of the best decisions we made was to use the front notation and large red arrow on the back of the envelope indicating where the voter needs to sign.
CONS Orange County: Despite Red o for the oter’s sig ature, still have a large number of voters who do not sign the return certificate/envelope.

PROS Levy County: Placing the Intelligent Mail Barcode on Front & Back stopped ALL MBs from looping back to voter (although may not be proper by USPS protocol).
CONS Pasco County: Flap (as Brevard uses) caused huge issues, will never use again.

PROS Hernando County: Adding red marking in the top left corner worked wonderfully in making it easier to sort our returned VBM mail envelopes. Pasco County: Horizontal layout for inner envelopes works better for staff and voters.
CONS Pasco County: Peel & Seal inner envelopes do ’t seal if the get et. ? Post Conference Group ? Further discussions with the USPS
