Competition organization and officials
The competition is organized by: Sports auto club“KOMOTIN” Jajce, Lučina bb 71010 Jajce, BosniaandHerzegovina.

The competition is held on Saturday 25/07/2020 at the location of the part of the road in tourist resort of Pliva lakes in the length of 1200 m. The start of the race is near the beach Brana (dam), and the finish line is near Mlinčići. The minimum track width is 5 m, and the maximum width is 8m. Detailed drawing of the course is enclosed to this Rulebook. The total of 2 trainings and 3 runs will be driven, two best runsare counted for the final rank. Possible changes are introduced by the race director. The race is counted for the following competitions: - Central European Championship (CEZ), FIA - Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SAMSBiH) - Championship of Croatia (HAKS) - Open Championship of the Republika Srpska (SAMSRS) - Open Championship of the town of Jajce

General conditions
The competition is held in accordance with the CEZ Rulebook, Rulebook on Motorsport of Automotive Alliance of Bosnia and Herzegovina (SAMSBiH), HAKS Rulebook on Motorsport.
Article 3
Race track
The competition will be held at Pliva Lakes, Jajce track. The surface of track is made of asphalt, and the driving track will be marked with traffic cones. The trail is 1,200 m long.
Article 4
Vehicles
All vehicles participating in competition will be divided into groups/classes:
CEZ trophy: Division 1 Group N (including R1) and Group A (including R2 and R3, WRC & KITC), S2000, SP (all together) Division 2 Group E1*, E2-SH*, GT Division3 Group of standard Production vehicles ** and Group oftuned standard Production cars*** (all together) * = according to the Rulebook of the National Federation (each vehicle must have a certificate of the home national federation that it complies with provisions of the Rulebook of that same federation). ** = each vehicle must comply with the technical regulations for FIACEZ Standard Production Cars. *** = each vehicle must comply with the technical regulations for modified FIACEZ Standard Production Cars.

Competitors, drivers and equipment
Every competitor/driver who has a driving license for 2020 issued by SAMSBiH can participate in the competition, insurance and health card certified for the competition season.
A maximum of two drivers can compete with one vehicle.
The use of a helmet and seat belt during the competition is mandatory.
The use of long legs and sleeves is mandatory.
It is recommended to wear fireproof overalls (not a condition to be homologated).

Applications for this competition are to be sent on the form which is an integral part of this Rulebook.

Payment of entry fee is made to the bank account:

Or in cash on the day of verification.
The membership fee for the competition is 50.00 KM (25.00 Euros or 200 HRK).
Article8 Liability and insurance
Each driver and competitor performs at his own risk. The organizer does not accept any responsibility for personal injuries and damage to the property of drivers, competitors, mechanics and third parties. Each competitor and driver is responsible for their personal insurance. The organizer is obliged to have an insurance policy for all officials, the public, third parties and things.

Competition
Admission and verification of competitors:
Reception and verification will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 07.30 to 09.30 a.m. on the competition track.
Technical acceptance of the vehicle:
Technical acceptance of vehicles will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 08.00 to 10.00 a.m. on the competition track. At the technical inspection, it is obligatory to present the (vehicle) registration certificate, i.e. Vehicle Technical Booklet (TKV) and homologation for the competition vehicle.
Training and race:
Training and race will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020 according to the schedule of the competition program. Two trainings will be held during which timeswill be measured and announced, and three runs during which timeswill be measured and announced. For the order/scoring at the end of the competition, the result of two better runs is added up. Participation in the training is not mandatory.
Starting procedure
The start will take place with a traffic light device, with vehicles in place, engines running and at intervals of at least 20 seconds. The finish will be flying.
Article 10
Rank
The competition consists of three timed runs. For the final rank of each driver, the sum of the two better runs (including possible penalties) will be taken into account. The penalty in the competition is in accordance with Appendix A09 of the Rulebook on Motorsports. The achieved results will be declared and scored for:
- CEZ Title Match - Championship of Bosnia and Herzegovina - Championship of Croatia - Open Championship of the Republika Srpska - Open Championship of the town of Jajce.

At the end of the competition, the organizer will distribute the following prizes:

Remark; All participants compete for the Open Championship of the town of Jajce, regardless of the federation to which they belong or the championship they drive, and they will be ranked according to the best achieved times in 3 races (2 better results are counted). The organizer provides cash and merchandise awards for those placed from 1-5 places in the general rank.
Awards:
1st place cash prize in amount of 200 euros and a trophy 2nd place cash prize in amount of 150 euros and a trophy 3rd place cash prize in amount of 100 euros and a trophy 4th place gift package and a trophy 5th place gift package and a trophy
Article 12
Award ceremony
Attending the award ceremony is a personal moral obligation of all participants in the competition. The award ceremony will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2020, and the place and time of the event will be according to the program of this Rulebook.
Article 13
Other
Due to security reasons in the Service Parking lot, it is forbidden to use open fire, gas or electric cookers, barbecues, etc. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Special Rulebook, postpone or cancel the competition in case of force majeure.
Article 14

ECOLOGY Competitors/drivers are instructed to make every effort to protect the competition area from contamination. Special care should be taken on contamination with engine oils, brake fluid and other petroleum products.
During the competition, wherever it is possible, it is preferable to use biodegradable disposable materials or recyclable materials.
The use of a mat under the competition vehicle with a minimum size of 3 x 4 m is mandatory, and the quality of the mat must be such that it does not leak lubricants and fuel.
