% = Red River Athletic Conference Volleyball Championship Mike MacNeill enters his third season at the helm of the Wiley College Volleyball program after becoming the first male head volleyball coach in program history on June 2, 2017. NOTABLE DATES

 August 19, 2017: First win as Wiley College head coach vs. Panhandle State University (3-1)  October 17, 2017: Overcame a 2-0 deficit to defeat NCAA Division I school Alcorn State in five sets  November 10, 2017: Defeated the University of St. Thomas-Houston on the road in five sets to advance to the Red River Athletic Conference semifinals.  September 21, 2018: Defeated Huston-Tillotson University in four sets to open the season with eight straight match victories - which is the best in program history.  October 19, 2018: Defeated Our Lady of the Lake University in five sets for the program's first win against the Saints since 2012 - snapping a 10-match losing streak.  November 2, 2018: Secured a share of the Red River Athletic Conference title with a sweep over the University of the Southwest. Head Coach  November 9, 2018: Defeated Our Lady of the Lake University in four sets on the road to advance to the Mike MacNeill championship game for the first time since 2008. November 10, 2018: Defeated Huston-Tillotson University in four sets to win the 2018 Red River Athletic WC Record: 50-22 (3) Conference tournament championship. Overall Record: 50-22 (3) WILEY COLLEGE HIGHLIGHTS RRAC Regular Season Titles: 1 (2018)  Led the Lady Wildcats to a 20-4 record last season for their first 20-plus win season since 2013. RRAC Tournament Titles: 1  Opened the 2018 season by winning their first eight matches and 18 sets. (2018)  Middle blocker Olena Fedorenko and Alexia Souza repeated as First Team All-Conference selections. Postseason Appearances  Larissa Francisco won RRAC Newcomer of the Year after averaging three kills per set. She was also a National Tournament : 1 First Team All-Conference Selection and Conference Tournament MVP. (2018)  Khrystyna Frank earned RRAC Freshman of the Year after averaging 2.9 kills per set. She was also a First Team All-Conference selection. Honors & Accolades  Improved by two in kills per set. RRAC All-Conference: 11 RRAC Newcomer of the Year: 2  Attack percentage increased from .187 to .241 RRAC Freshman of the Year: 1  15 of their 20 wins were sweeps.  Won 15 matches in his first season. VERSUS OPPONENTS  Alexia Souza earned 2017 RRAC Newcomer of the Year after averaging 6.3 assists per set. She also earned First Team All-Conference. Alcorn State 3-0 Centenary College 1-0 PRIOR TO WILEY COLLEGE. Central Baptist College 1-0 MacNeill was previously was the head volleyball coach at Riverside Poly High School in California. He turned Columbia College 0-1 a program that had not won a match into a contender for the league title. In his final season Riverside Poly Dillard 3-0 went 23-3 – reaching the semifinals in the CIF Southern Section Championship Tournament. East Texas Baptist 1-0 Huston-Tillotson 2-4 Prior to coaching at Riverside Poly, Coach MacNeill coached girls’ volleyball at Martin Luther King High School in Riverside, California. He led that program to the CIF Southern Section Division 1A Quarterfinals Jarvis Christian 7-0 and Semifinals in 2013-2014. Kansas Wesleyan 0-1 Langston 3-0 In 2012, MacNeill set the record at Liberty High School for most wins in a season.
