Role-play

You are the receptionist at an hotel. A man comes to the desk and says he has a reservation. You ask him for his name and the bank card. You say that the number on the card is not the same as the one which he booked with. But never mind, the amount has been paid in full. You say his room is number 106 on the first floor and ask if he needs help with his luggage. He says no but can you advise him on local transport. You tell him there is a bus stop right outside and there is a bus every fifteen minutes. It is twenty minutes to the town centre and the fare is three pounds. He thanks you and asks if you have a town plan and what attractions there are. You say there is a very good aquarium and a museum which is quite small but with a good collection of items from local iron age archaeological excavations. The library has a lot of local information too.
