Case Outline

Queen Elsa is accused of causing extreme criminal damage in the Kingdom of Arendelle. Queen Elsa has special powers that allow her to produce snow, ice or frost at will. On her 18th birthday in 1851 she left her palace after starting the most extreme frost that Arendelle had ever seen. 27 people were injured from slipping on ice, falling ice statues, flying snowflakes and dangerous icicles. Food stores have over and the fishing industry has been in trouble as boats can no longer go out to sea. Queen Elsa is charged with criminal damage, and personal injuries .
