Jameson Ginger Ginger Ale is great mixer and arguably goes well with everything, and I am not disagreeing… or maybe I am but hey ho. This drink is class and I think it is down to the Irish whiskey and the fnal squeeze of lime that adds a nice touch of acidity cutting through the sweetness. CONTENTS NEXT PA G E IRISH WHISKEY COCKTAILS RONAN COLLINS DIFFICULTY: 2/5 SEASON: Winter INGREDIENTS METHOD OCCASION: Pre-Dinner Apéritif FLAVOUR: Elegant, Boozy & Herby - 50ml Jameson Black Add all the ingredients into a PREP TIME: 1 Minute Barrel mixing glass. Add cubed ice and MAKE TIME: 2 Minutes - 10ml Italian Sweet stir for around 10 to 15 seconds. Vermouth - 5ml Green Chartreuse Strain by placing your julep - 1 Dash Angostura strainer on the mixing glass and Bitters pour all the cocktail into a chilled - 2 Dash Orange Bitters nick & nora or fancy glass. Spray the oils of a small orange peel on top then drop a fresh cherry in. Some people prefer the orange peel to be left in the drink and no cherry at all, so improvise and see what you enjoy best.
